Why not the original Greek, Hebrew, and Aramaic?
KJV has beautiful sound, especially when read out loud, but it’s not the original.

Not to mention that it’s English-chauvinistic too.
Blaming some specific scapegoat (the wrong garments, the “wrong” bible, the wrong music, etc.) is one of the most spiritually lazy things possible.

But the KJV is incomplete.

It's the preserved for English speakers, I don't speak Greek, Hebrew or Aramaic. And most people who say they do, really mean they have a Greek, Hebrew or Aramaic dictionary to look up the words in. No thanks, I'll trust God's preserved word before I trust anything man wrote.
Romans 3:4
God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy sayings, and mightest overcome when thou art judged.

As I understand it, the first editions of the KJV up til about 1610 had all 73 books of the Bible; after that they were omitted: by whom or by what authority, I do not know. But they considered the King of England to be head of the Church, and called their product the King James Version, so -— I’m just guessing -— I presume they removed books by the authority of King James I.
