Yes they can, but that terrible pride sometimes gets in the way, as they try to attain or obtain Heaven.
I am reminded of that song Lonely Voices. Abundant life He came to truly give man, but so few His gift of grace receive. Lonely people live in every city. Men who face a dark and lonely grave. A sad commentary for sure, but ultimately, it's on them.
