A small town bakery owned by a Christian family is under siege after they declined to bake a wedding cake for a gay couple.
Edie and David Delorme own the Kern's Bake Shop in Longview, Texas - known around town for their petit fours and sugar cookies - and also their custom-made wedding"> cakes.
The Delormes are also devout Christians - faithful members of a nearby Baptist church - and they run their bakery according to the tenets of their religious beliefs.
That became a problem on Feb. 17 when Ben Valencia and Luis Marmolejo requested the bakers make a cake for their upcoming wedding.
"I was up front with them," Edie told me. "I said, 'I'm sorry but we don't provide wedding cakes for homosexual marriages."
"We don't do cakes that might conflict with our spiritual convictions," she said. "It was not something personal against the two young men. We just need to be able to run our business in a way that honors God."
She offered to provide the gay couple with a list of bakeries that would meet their needs, but she said the men simply walked out of the store.

He should adopt the IKEA model and give him all the ingredients and let them make it themselves.
Bake them a cake and do a really bad job.
It’s not rocket surgery.
It’s involuntary servitude which I thought we eliminated by way of the 13th Amendment.
Simply keep simple undecorated cakes with white icing on
hand. Keep silk & candied flowers on hand, along with tiny
brides & grooms & other little decorations. Sell to all
people and ASK NO QUESTIONS! If they want a bride & bride or
a groom & groom to top the cake; let them purchase two sets
of little dolls and do it like they want it. This is not
difficult; just don’t get into a blabbermouth conversation
with customers beyond just common courtesy.
I would bake that cake. I wouldn’t eat it, but I would bake it.
True Christians are too kind and honest to do this, but if you want to give a leftist a proportional leftist response, you simply say "OK! I'll do your cake if you want it." and then present them with this on their "wedding day."

It is never slavery if it is the government doing it or advocating for it...

The same courts permit any lawyer to NOT accept their case as defendants.
Its not rocket surgery.
No, it's not. Anything that they can regard as forcing you into submission, such as a cake, no matter how badly done, is a victory for them.
What they need in response, is to be beaten near to death, along with any Judges that take their side.
Your advice is along the lines of "But just wear a really badly made Yellow Star."
If you think we are going to get out of this without fighting, you are very badly mistaken. The only question is when we are going to fight them.
Now, While we can still win? Or later when the task will be impossible?
That’s the “sodomite wedding night” depicted in cake montage.

More advice to hide.
In my opinion, a citizen ought to be able to tell anyone that they will not serve them if they do not want to.
They should not have to state a reason, or be ashamed or fearful or legal retribution if they do. They ought to have the right to say "I consider homosexuality to be a mental illness, and I will not support it in any way."
The right of free association makes axiomatic a right to not-associate. It is not the responsibility of the government to impose their morals or their particular brand of religion on others in a Free Republic.
Your advice is to cower and try not to be noticed. This will only provide temporary protection from what is coming. Again, this reminds me of what happened to the Jews in Germany. They tried to remain unobtrusive too, but that didn't work because Fascist minded people cannot even tolerate the thought that people exist who disagree with them.
