It was just interesting to me that Michael Sean Winters' NCR was campaigning to have Vigano put in the coal cellar chained to a radiator pipe, and come to find out he's now to be in the top perch at Vatican Communications. Don't know quite what the flow-chart looks like, but does that make him Fr. Federico Lombardi's boss?

No, as Prefect he really won’t be a mouthpiece at all or even have much effect. But it removes his influence from the American Church. I think that when he gave out Cdl Sarah’s magnificent book to all the seminarians and young religious, Wuerl decided to get rid of him.
