If you can’t poke fun at Halloween because your a Christian there is something wrong with you especially considering that the holiday is really All Saints day. It is not meant to be anything but funny. Dressing up like Spider Man or Dracula is not sinful, it is no different than seeing a Steven King movie or reading one of his books. It is entertainment.

There are probably some people who do not take Halloween as lightly as it should be taken but that does not make the rest practicing some sinful art. I have to admit though that I would not expect to see the Pope hanging upside down flapping his bat wings. I thought it was pretty funny.

My children had great fun dressing up as princesses, bums and a variety of superheroes, I don’t begrudge anybody that fun.

There ARE people who do NOT know the origins of Halloween. I enlighted my manicure/pedicure guy the other day. Sad.

But then he is gay and was "married" for 25+ years before his "spouse" died of brain cancer. They were the "relative morality" couple, as California legalized same-sex marriages unions.

Sure - poke fun at Halloween all you want. I was just commenting on the making fun of Mormons.
