ALONE WITH JESUS CHRIST AFTER HOLY COMMUNION A PRAYER
CATHOLIC CLASSICS UNLIMITED ALONE WITH JESUS CHRIST AFTER HOLY COMMUNION ^

Posted on 10/12/2015 5:03:27 AM PDT by OrthodoxIndianCatholic

Mass is over. Jesus Christ and I are alone together.

Just "All by Ourselves". If I can, I will always remain after Mass and make a good Thanksgiving.

This maybe my last Communion; I will make it my best. This maybe my last Thanksgiving; I will make it my best.

Thanks to others always, but always thanks to God; and with all my heart- these few are precious moments.

"Jesus Christ, I believe that you are my God. I believe that I have received your Body, your Blood, Your Soul, and Your Divinity.

You are my Creator, My Redeemer, My Sanctifier, My God for all eternity".

"Jesus Christ, I adore you as the Angels and Saints do in Heaven. My Lord, My God, My All !!"

"O Sacrament most Holy, O Sacrament Divine, All Praise and All Thanksgiving be every moment Thine".

"Jesus Christ, I thank you, now in my heart, for all that You have done for me; for all that You have given me.

For the gifts of my body: for my eyes, my ears, my tongue, my hands, my feet. (some cannot speak, see, and hear, as I can).

Thanks for my health. Thanks too, if sickness comes; Your Holy Will be done.

Thanks for the gifts of my soul, my memory, my intellect, my will.

Thanks for my heart; with all my heart I love your "Sacred Heart".

Thanks for this Holy Mass and my Holy Communion.

"Forgive me all my sins. All my sins of the day and all my sins of the night, even the least.

I will try never to sin again.

"Help me in temptation- Give me a quick and a strong will. Help me always to say "No" to Sin.

- "No" to the occasions of sin, specially of my past sins. Take out of my heart all desire for any sin. Bring Sinners back. Keep me True".

Important :

"Jesus Christ, Bless me. Make me "just like you" and "just like Mary", pure and kind and prudent and brave. Inspire me to do only what is best.

Give me zeal. "Make me an Apostle". Give me souls and make a saint of me."

"Jesus Christ, I put my heart inside the open wound of your Sacred Heart. At times, I'm discouraged, my heart aches, it is almost broken; Yours ached first and most. It was pierced on the Cross for me.

Jesus Christ, Help me to carry my cross. Give me courage.

Jesus Christ, Bless the Catholic Church; our Holy Father; our Bishops; and all Priests.

Bless all Religious Brothers and Sisters.

Conclusion :

"Jesus Christ, Bless Vocations. Call many to "Follow You". Tell me what you want me to do for you. Bless non- catholics and draw them to Your Sacred Heart.

"Bless the Missions and the Millions of pagans in the world. You died for them as well as for me. I love them for your sake" Amen.

Right after the distribution of the Eucharist, I am often struck by the fact that everyone who is walking back to their seats are carrying Our Lord with them.

At that we become Tabernacles of Jesus.

I wonder how many people fully realize it.

I thank Thee, O Lord my God, for that Thou hast not rejected me, a sinner, but hast suffered me to be a partaker of Thy holy things. I thank Thee that, unworthy as I am, Thou hast enabled me to receive of Thy most pure and heavenly gifts. And yet moreover I beseech Thee, O Lord and Lover of mankind, who for our sakes didst die and rise again, and hast provided us these dread and life-giving mysteries unto the benefit and hallowing of soul and body, and the driving out of every adversary; for the enlightening of the eyes of my understanding, and peace for the powers of my soul; for faith unashamed, and love without dissimulation; for the fullness of wisdom, and the keeping of Thy commandments; for the increase of Thy divine grace, and an inheritance in Thy Kingdom, that preserved by them in Thy holiness I may be ever mindful of Thy grace, and not henceforth live unto myself but unto Thee, our bountiful Lord.

And when I have departed this life in the hope of life everlasting, vouchsafe that I may enter into eternal rest, where the voice of them that flourish is unceasing, and the delight of them that behold the unsearchable beauty of Thy countenance knoweth no bounds. For Thou art the true desire and the ineffable joy of them that love Thee, O Christ our God, all creation doth sing Thy praise, for ever and ever. Amen.

Most holy Mother of God, who are the light of my darkened soul; my hope, my refuge and shelter; my comfort and my joy: I give Thee thanks for that Thou hast suffered me, unworthy as I am, to be a partaker of the pure Body and precious Blood of Thy Son. Do Thou who didst bring forth the true light, enlighten the eyes of my understanding. Thou that gavest birth to the fountain of immortality, quicken me who am slain by sin. Thou who art all compassionate, O Mother of the merciful God, have mercy upon me, and bestow on me the spirit of remorse and a contrite heart. Give me lowliness of mind. Loose my captive thoughts. And vouchsafe that even unto my last breath I may without condemnation receive the hallowing of the most pure Sacrament unto the healing of soul and body. And grant me the grace of repentance and confession that I may praise and glorify Thee all the days of my life. For blessed art Thou and all glorious for ever and ever. Amen.

Mass is over. Jesus Christ and I are alone together.

And in 15 minutes he's gone again...This is so sad...You are alone with Jesus until he's gone and then you have to go to Mary to ask here to communicate to God for you...

Mat 15:16 And Jesus said, Are ye also yet without understanding?

Mat 15:17 Do not ye yet understand, that whatsoever entereth in at the mouth goeth into the belly, and is cast out into the draught?
Mar 7:18 And he saith unto them, Are ye so without understanding also? Do ye not perceive, that whatsoever thing from without entereth into the man, it cannot defile him;
Mar 7:19 Because it entereth not into his heart, but into the belly, and goeth out into the draught, purging all meats?

They have somehow convinced you that by eating the wafer Jesus goes into your stomach and is then transferred across spiritual lines and enters into you soul/spirit...

But as we can see from the very clear scripture, that is impossible...What enters into your mouth does not go to your heart but your belly and then on out (Because it entereth not into his heart, but into the belly)...

When a person dies the soul and spirit are removed from the body...The stomach stays with the dead body...It has no connection to the soul/spirit...

This is an operation performed by God...It is what's called the 'spiritual circumcision...This soul/spirit is/are detached from our bodies...This operation was introduced by the apostle Paul...

When we become born again Christians the Spirit of God enters our bodies...And it resides within the soul of the believer...That why it would be a waste of time trying to get Jesus into our body by eating that wafer...First, there is no throughway for Jesus to travel and secondly, the Godhead is already there...The bible says Jesus is already in us...Makes no sense to believe a theory that Jesus will travel from our mouth to our heart when Jesus is already there...

You are so free in telling thud-headed untruths like this. All the Catholics just roll their eyes and think, "Clueless!"... so you're obviously not fooling them. But why do you say this kind of stuff? In hopes of misleading Protestants?

I am not convinced 'all' Catholics would just roll their eyes over my comment...

Well look at the post...This person is having a personal relationship with Jesus...Why are those precious moments few in number???

Why go back again tomorrow to eat Jesus again??? Isn't it because those few precious moments are few (not there for very long)??? Why does the person have to hang around after Mass to make the Thanksgiving sacrifice??? Does the person think that if he waits til he gets home it will be too late???

Seems like an excellent opportunity to tell me how I am wrong...
