But God is the One Who elevates all leaders and removes them. Let's see what Almighty God's opinion is first, before saying who is what and who isn't.

That’s fair, and very true on God elevating and removing leaders.

But at the same time, we can judge one’s fruits, and it’s hard for me PERSONALLY to judge a man with the outward arrogance and the admitted reluctance to come to God through Jesus Christ for forgiveness as the kind of man I spoke of.

But God certainly works on every heart that is in any way open to listening to Him.
