I have to disagree with you on one point. The first resurrection is not limited only to those faithful who died during the tribulation. All the faithful are raised at that time, first the dead, and then those still living are glorified as well.
Not according to Revelation. There is the first resurrection, and the rest of the dead are raised at the end of the universe.
