What does it mean? As far as I can tell, Eastern Orthodox Christians in Turkey are mad at the Eastern Orthodox Christians in Israel because of something to do with Qatar.

The Patriarchate of Jerusalem is violating the canonical territory of another Orthodox church, in this case the Church of Antioch. That’s a serious no no. What makes this so annoying to many Orthodox is that the JP threw a very loud fit over the Romanian Orthodox Church doing the same thing to the JP a few years back.
