Voris needs some work. At this point, the only defensible position for Catholics would appear to be Sedevacantism. How can this Pope be a true Pope when NOBODY is excommunicated over this?

??? An executive's failure to enforce the law means that he doesn't really hold his office? In what universe?

If you're lazy and don't do your job, does it follow that you were never really hired? I don't think so. It may mean that your boss should fire you.

Here's a newsflash: the Catholic Church is not a democracy, and the faithful are not the Pope's boss. (Note that if you talk about the US and therefore change "Pope" to "President," the situation is totally different.)

It's perfectly reasonable to say that a Pope who fails to enforce the law is a bad Pope. It's nonsense to say that he ceases to be Pope (or was never Pope in the first place) because he fails to enforce the law.
