I didn’t say anything about anybody disagreeing with the Pope. Not a single word.
What I did was create a comparison to cite your apparent ignorance of Scripture, namely the nature of the Earth as good and of God’s creation, and the command to feed the poor.
Nobody is talking about worshiping the Earth. You cast a pretty strong accusation. What is your proof for saying such a thing?

If a person doesn’t care for the gifts God has given us, do you think He will be to happy about that? The whole of the creation narrative in Genesis calls out how the Earth is good. Several psalms say the same thing.
Feeding the poor requires food. Food currently grows on and in Earth.

Well, actually, the Global Warmist Industry, of which Po-po is the strongest ally, are very MUCH in love with Gaia to the point of worshipping her as god; they care nothing for the Almighty Creator of the Universe, and His only Son, our Lord JESUS.
When you boil it down, po-po is carrying water by the bucket for the sort of idolaters called out by St. Paul in Romans 1.

That is a huge and wrong assumption. A land steward who attempts to "conserve" that which nature and time are destined to change, is operating in something more than vanity. Nature is independent of man; there is zero status quo to "conserve." As the earth's "stewards," men are told to go forth and multiply, that's why they have the earth.
In my Christian bible, Jesus mad it pretty clear I have two main jobs: 1. Love God with all my heart, soul, and mind, and 2. Love my neighbor as I love myself (that's two things for me to be doing, loving myself as well as my neighbors). On these two commandments depend all the law and all the prophets. Matthew said.
What exactly "stewarding the earth" entails is kinda far removed from what I figure are my real duties to my awesome and loved Almighty.

Since God "destroyed" the earth once already with water, and the Bible says He will do it again with fire, I don't think that you can make a case that preserving the earth is God's highest priority. Now, we are to be good stewards of what He has given us, but that is a far cry from destroying our economies and impoverishing billions in the name of "protecting the earth" as the left would like to do...

Where is it demonstrated the Pope is aligned with Earth worshipers? He may think there is such a thing as global warming, but it doesn’t mean he promotes socialism, Gaia, or any such foolishness.

It is WE who do not have the authority to endanger air, water or the very earth needed by our neighbors here and now, and by future generations. God made us caretakers in Genesis, It was His first commandment, along with "Be fruitful and multiply."

On the top of each letter, Francis might write “You know what to do” or “Go find them” or “Go talk to them.” And so Don Corrado, as he likes to be called, hits the streets. Archbishop Krajewski has visited homes for the elderly in the name of the pope, writes checks to the needy in the name of the pope.[7]
He traveled to the island of Lampedusa in the name of the pope after a migrant boat capsized.[7] Archbishop Krajewski spent four days on Lampedusa, bringing 1,600 phone cards so the survivors could call loved ones back home in Eritrea to let them know they had made it. Mankind does not create or rule the universe. It is tasked to label what it finds and to make use of it. But creating abstract labels is far from creating the thing in itself.
