Though I agree that the Bible isn't a "science" book, whenever it touches on things of a scientific nature, it IS accurate. There are numerous science-related statements in Scripture that people did not even know back then and which have only been discovered recently. Things such as stars all being different than each other, stars as numberless as the sands of the sea, a spherical earth suspended in space, atmospheric circulation, bio-genesis, recirculation of water, etc. (for others, see Science and the Bible.
