No. Christ established His Church. It is a divine institution. All the protestant churches are human institutions.
And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. Mat 6:18
It is run by humans who make mistakes, who commit sins, and who are imperfect.
True. But we have Christs promise that His Church will always teach the Truth.
I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now. Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come. John 16:12-13
The Church isnt perfect. And its rules, rituals, and procedures are constantly subject to change.
Christ then tells us that His Church is the pillar and foundation of Truth:
But if I tarry long, that thou mayest know how thou oughtest to behave thyself in the house of God, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and foundation of the truth. 1Tim 3:15
“True. But we have Christs promise that His Church will always teach the Truth.”
Since the book of Revelation disagrees with your comment please give me the chapter and verse on that promise.
Jesus Christ doesn’t promise the Church will always teach truth as Revelation states. Scripture says that Christ is the truth.
John 14:6 New Revised Standard Version Catholic Edition (NRSVCE)

John 1:14 New Revised Standard Version Catholic Edition (NRSVCE)
14 And the Word became flesh and lived among us, and we have seen his glory, the glory as of a fathers only son, full of grace and truth.
“the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth”
That refers to all of us believers not the institutional building called a church.
Thou are Peter the little pebble (petros) and upon this rock (Jesus’s truth petra, rock of Gibraltar). Jesus Christ uses a bunch of us little pebbles to build his giant rock his Church.
1 Corinthians 12:12 New Revised Standard Version Catholic Edition (NRSVCE)
12 For just as the body is one and has many members, and all the members of the body, though many, are one body, so it is with Christ.
