"Pro-lifers should not assume that just because a woman is Christian, she will never be an abortion patient. Christian women can panic and feel desperate, just like non-christian women."

Christians do NOT support abortion or have them for that matter.

Probably votes Democrat, and as we all know the term “Christian Democrat” is a oxymoron.

**Im in church six days a week**
a. Hmmm. Not a lot of Presbyterian, Baptist, Lutheran, Non-denom, etc churches are open 6 days a week. Just saying.
b. But if they were, being there does 1 day or 6 a week, does not a Christian make.

Yep, just because I stand in a garage and call myself a car doesn’t make me one.

There is one good scene from “The Godfather Part III”.
When the priest breaks the pebble and points out the fact that although it has been in the water for many years, it is in fact dry on the inside.

Another [woman coming in for an abortion] who identified herself as Christian
Ye shall know them by their fruits, right? Even Simon the Sorcerer for a time identified himself as Christian.

I’m not sure what the word ‘religious’ means if the sanctity of human life isn’t a fundamental view within it.

This is a typical Marxist ploy, and goes back all the way to the Fall of man. The formula is: find a 'representative' (usually Astroturfed) of a group that is opposed to some immoral act, who disagrees with the group. Treat that outlier as if they should have more moral influence than the whole rest of the group, simply because the 'rebel' disagrees with the group.
The purpose of all this is to get other moral cowards who may nominally be part of the group to "out" themselves, thus amplifying the effect. If that doesn't happen, media and other tools of deception can be used to appear to make the 'rebel' more important than he/she really is.
Classic Marxism. A tactic straight from Hell. And that's where it belongs.

Paul, speaking to the Athenians on Mars Hill, mentioned that they were very religious. Unfortunately they were worshiping idols.

WTH is a religious Christian!
You are either a Christian or you are not a Christian, religion has zero to do with it.

But did they believe in the sanctity of human life? That was my sole point.

Thank you for articulating this tactic so clearly. I’m sure we have seen this tactic used a million times before, and it’s nice to have it so clearly identified now.

The fact that she went to get an abortion tells me that she had little heart belief.

Of course all people have the potential to commit murder. This writer is so intellectually lost it’s ridiculous. Abortion supporters (non-Christians) are often 180 degrees off in their understanding of reality.
Christianity is not defined as some sort of club where members don’t commit sin. The Christian is the one who knows he or she is horribly flawed.
