I blame the “I don’t burn the flag, but I will die for the rights of others to do so” folks more than I blame the leftist athiests for crap like this.

You said...
“Going after the Christians only.”

Easy target. A little while back, some kid filmed or took a picture of himself making a statue of Christ performing fellatio on him.

As a Christian myself, I didn't even get offended by that. I just chuckled and thought the gutless wonder wouldn't even think of doing that to a picture or statue of Mohammad

FFRF says it filed a free speech suit after the school district allowed an evangelical Christian group to distribute Bibles.

Maybe you are blaming the wrong people.

Spirited: Exactly. Christians are easy targets because for the most part they will not exact vengeance against their atheist persecutors. In other words, atheist bullies do not fear Christians. They do fear ISIS and like-minded fanatics however.

The most that Christians will do is level either a letter writing campaign or a sign carrying protest.

They better not try distributing it at my kids school. Where do they get off preaching to my kids anyhow?

Ring the phones off the hook at the schools is actually pretty effective. It causes a heap of commotion at the school.

Be polite, talk slow, ask to speak to whoever is in charge.

What is the phone number of those schools? I’ll call.

It actually was pretty offensive.

I wouldn’t want to be in that kid’s shoes on Judgment day.

You may have to look up the information of phone number online.

So?...Just exactly what would you do? I am curious.

If a child is in a government school, he is in a secular school.

Children in godless schools will learn to think and reason godlessly at least while in the classroom. They must just to cooperate in the classroom. How could it be otherwise?

There is a solution: Begin the process of privatizing all government K-12 schooling.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Please permit me to explain why you child **is** being preached to every school day.

Government schooling is not religiously neutral. No school is. Why?

A state of religious neutrality is impossible to exist in the mind of any sentient human therefore the religious worldview of any government school ( currently a non-neutral godlessness) will reflect the religious worldview of the most politically powerful.

There is a solution: Begin by funding the child, not the school. Then work toward complete separation of school and state.

Of course, they’ll be attacking the Koran in the same manner, right?

If I were a parent of a kid attending one of those schools, I would contact that school district and calmly inform them they’d be wise to lawyer up, because they’re about to be sued for more money than their Common Core-propagating brain cells can add up.
