It doesn’t matter in the sense it doesn’t affect me. I will however expose the hypocrisy and error so others can see the truth. I view the Catholic Church as the most dangerous religion on the planet. Just enough truth to draw in those who have not been in the scripture.
I believe that you, like metmom have rejected basically all organized religion and have struck out on your own trying your best to interpret what the bible teaches. You pick and choose which passages they you want to believe and which you consider in error. You accuse a 2,000 year old organization, peopled by some of the most intelligent persons who ever lived to be lacking in their ability to correctly interpret a book that they wrote. It is very easy to be religious if you get to make up your own rules as you go along...no restrictions here, claim Jesus as your savior and you are saved....once saved, always saved...no need to adopt some lifestyle changes, just do as you wish and you are saved because you were "born again"...O.K. I guess, but I think that there is a lot more to it than that...for example, I think that it is a tenet of true Christianity that when Christ said "this is My Body and This My Blood" He meant it and gave that to us as an unsurpassed gift.....but that's just another of those Catholic teachings that you choose to ignore.
