To me it sounds like a for-profit wedding facility that wouldn’t provide much in the way of pre-marriage counseling.
I’m sure that the couple running it genuinely believe that homosexual marriage is wrong, and I certainly don’t believe they should be forced to provide to gays, any more than a baker or photographer should.
But they aren’t running a church; they’re running a for-profit wedding facility. When heterosexuals have an impulsive wedding, they generally aren’t doing the institution of marriage any favors.
I have seen many signs in the past on places of business which said ( we have the right to refuse service to any one)
I have never looked this issue up in the constitution but it seems these people thought they had that right.
I have always thought equal rights just had to do with government but could be wrong, don`t know but in my view it should just pertain to Government.
