Please Pray for my neighbor's six year old son, Ryan. He was taken by ambulance to the hospital last Wednesday evening with respiratory problems.
We (all of the concerned neighbors) were updated today that he remains in ICU, and it apparently is the Enterovirus that has been circulating.
Please pray for him, for his parents (who have not been home since they left that day), and for his older siblings who have been staying with friends/family.
They are a wonderful family (Catholic, for those of you who wish to include those references in your prayers); and he is the sweetest little boy. It pains me that such nice people are going through this.

Prayers for Ryan and all children suffering from respiratory illnesses may they be strengthened in their battle against the infection and may those that love them be comforted from their anxiety as we ask the divine physician to touch Ryan and guide his caregivers in their healing efforts.

How I hurt when reading about children in need.

Thank you very much for your prayers. Deborah is now home and playing with her toys. As a parent, there are so many things to worry about. Especially I think when one has a single child. I wake up most mornings seeking protection and go to sleep with thankfulness.
I hope and pray for the sick little boy to fully recover and be back soon to playing with the dogs. The way life should be.

SHOUTING MY PRAYERS FOR RYAN TO BEAT THIS DAMN DISEASE AND GET WELL ENOUGH TO GO HOME. I have 3 grandchildren under the age 10 that are always sick. Adults are bad enough but children suffering is just too much for me... I will keep Ryan in my prayers. Please keep us updated.

After further testing, Ryan was diagnosed as having Lymphoblastic Lymphoma (which was why he was not recovering from the virus, apparently). He is in critical condition; please ping everyone to update and for additional prayers.
May all that pray for Ryan be drawn closer to our dear brother Jesus and in so also be united in Christ in prayer to God our almighty father thru the grace, peace, mercy and love of the holy spirit.
