Then, an Austrian named Adolf Hitler and his Nazis came along and got into the extinction business for real. This embarrassed the eugenicists and they became “Planned Parenthood” among other things. “Planned Parenthood” hasn't made the blacks extinct yet but they've had a good deal of success in destroying the black family.
