“Planned Parenthood” is the reinvented name for the eugenics movement that was very popular at the end of the 19th and early 20th century. Eugenics was about breeding a race of super humans by causing the inferior races to become extinct. One of the inferior races in the eugenicist view was blacks. Feminist and eugenicist Margret Sanger was a champion of black extinction through abortion. Then, an Austrian named Adolf Hitler and his Nazis came along and got into the extinction business for real. This embarrassed the eugenicists and they became “Planned Parenthood” among other things. “Planned Parenthood” hasn't made the blacks extinct yet but they've had a good deal of success in destroying the black family.

The biggest mass murderer in history was Genghis Khan. His reign of terror purportedly decimated 30 to 40 million people.

Since the majority of people he killed were illiterate, there is really no accurate number of the amount of people his "horde" killed. His wholesale slaughter set back the Asian continent's growth and development for CENTURIES.

He named it: MONGOLIAN HORDE.

There hasn't been his equal in wholesale murder since.

WRONG. The biggest mass murderers of people occurred in China, in the 20th century, under Mao Tse Tung. Chairman Mao and his communists killed 70 million Chinese. Communists [and National Socialists] make Genghis Khan look like a piker in comparison with their body counts.

Nevertheless, What does Genghis Khan have to do with Margret Sanger and eugenics and Planned Parenthood? I'm saying that there is a great link to the social Darwinism practiced by mass killers. They all believe they are “improving” the human race by killing off the unfit, infirm, or political opposition. The difference is the killers can smugly justify their deeds but their victims aren't around to object.
