So now people who trust Scripture are being labeled as “fundamentalists”?
I guess I’m a “fundamentalist” because I trust Scripture.
I trust scripture as being the inspired Wird of God, however I have a hard time with the timelines particularly when there are fossils dating wayyyy back. I could see maybe some misinterpretation or lack of understanding from the prophets in trying to comprehend what they saw. It would be like trying to describe a plane when the only thing you’ve seen flying in the sky are birds. I think we dwell too much on the smaller things failing to see the bigger message sometimes.
