Prayers for you. Please keep us informed.
Plain organic yogurt puts the gut flora back in balance.
If it’s out of balance, it can get through the intestinal wall.
your body’s immune system will be working overtime to attack it which leads to inflammation, which causes joint/head/neck/back pain.
possible thought.
antibiotics kills off gut flora indiscriminately, so after antibiotics the “good” gut flora needs to be put back.
My dad had the very same thing about 15 years ago. They took care of it and he’s absolutely fine now.
Long shot but look into the possibility of diverticulitis.
My problem improved w/ antibiotics and a high fiber
diet. Also it is possible to operate and remove affected
part of lower colon. Do nothing and you will probably die.
Keep FReepernation posted.
Bright red bleeding could also be (UC) ulcerative colitis which can be miserable but is treatable. The GI doc should be able to scope diagnose it in the office. Praying.
Praying.
Get to a doctor. My late father in law had Crohn’s disease, with some of those symptoms (doubt you have that, but I saw how uncomfortable it was).
Gut trouble is no fun.
The cramping, sweating, feeling better after BM, is most certainly a sign of an intestinal virus.
Some doctors recommend milk of magnesia.....but check with your DR first.
ONE TIME show of blood is not too bad-—but if it happens over and over again-—get medical help ASAP.
That is when you should have gone to the ER. Rectal bleeding is noting to play with it, always signals something BAD is going on. Waiting just delayed the test you are going to need.
My Gastro has standing instructions ANY rectal bleeding more than a spot, go straight to ER.
God we ask for healing for our FRiend OneVike, in the name of Jesus, amen.
Prayers up. Please keep us posted.
Prayers have been sent for healing for you, and comfort your wife.
prayers for you and your doctor ..
May God’s healing touch OneVike, and restore his health. Amen.
I had that problem, called hospital a hundred miles away , they told me to get my self in there that very day.
talked to a doctor after I went to the hospital.
it was my colon, no cancer
I was not as bad as you seem to be, don`t delay.
Prayers away.
Prayers for comfort and healing!
I have severe ulcerative colitis. If this is what you have, it looks scary, but is controllable (get thee to a gastroenterologist asap) with food and occasionally medication. I’ve had this for 20 years — sometimes I’m absolutely normal, other times I have lots of blood and discomfort...but if that is what you have...don’t be afraid. It’s controllable.
