What was this Universal Faith, believed all across the known world.....Jesus was crucified, died and was buried on a Friday and rose from the dead early Sunday morning.

NO ONE in the early Church taught or believed a Wednesday death, NO ONE. The Apostolic Tradition and Scriptures were too strong for anyone to teach differently.

Except for PolyCarp, there were no early church fathers who knew any apostles...And you certainly can't prove that there was...

Peter’s Denial Foretold.r 31* “Simon, Simon, behold Satan has demanded to sift all of you* like wheat,s 32but I have prayed that your own faith may not fail; and once you have turned back, you must strengthen your brothers.” 33He said to him, “Lord, I am prepared to go to prison and to die with you.”t 34But he replied, “I tell you, Peter, before the cock crows this day, you will deny three times that you know me.”u

Since, as you say, you never heard of him (Dagon) before now, and since you’ve called me a liar, do your own research about the continuation of the Pagan rituals thereof. And don’t think you dropping the observance of Easter out of our little discussion hasn’t gone unnoticed.

There was only ONE sign given for Jesus to prove that he was the Messiah...And that sign was that he would spend 3 days and 3 nights in the belly of the earth...
If that was nothing but a metaphor, if it really didn't happen, Jesus was a fake...And the entire bible is a fake...

As I wrote: I was on a group trip to the Holy Land (2011) with former Baptist minister Steve Ray and his wife Janet.
Our Israeli tour guide, a Catholic Arab Palestinian and Israeli citizen, took our group to the home of Caiaphas. It was part of the tour, a joint effort of the Israeli government and tourism. The ISRAELIS had it marked as such.
So, the Israelis think it's Caiaphas' home-cave; the Catholic Church thinks it's Caiaphas' home-cave; the tour books/guides say it was Caiaphas' home-cave and the entire Christian community over there treats it as if it were Caiaphas' cave. So, I assumed that the Israelis, Church, Palestinians and all were correct and that it was indeed the home-cave of Caiaphas.
However, if YOU know better and believe they are ALL incorrect, be my guest.

Well I put way more in Josephus’ description of the devastation of Jerusalem than any commercial tourist trap babble.
We know from recorded history that Constantine’s mother had a number of false relics erected in Jerusalem, many of them being worshiped as “stations of the cross” and other such deception.
