Exactly. That is what Catholics do when they pray to the saints. Thank you for the admission that Catholics do indeed pray to saints.

I suggest you read the article, specifically the part defining the word "pray". Perhaps you could also look at the difference between *to* and *for*.

Apparently, God tore the veil to show that the Son’s death bought us direct access to ... Mary!

If post 25 answeres it for you, Why didn’t Yehova think it answered it for King Saul?

That’s because a righteous man prays only to the Father.

At least they assume that they’re ‘saints,’ I have my doubts on most of them.

The “Saints” as some human authority designates them, not heaven. Why should I assume that Heaven follows the dictates of the Catholic Church on who is a Saint? It stretches my imagination too far, and I’m a sci-fi fan.

Judge them by the results, and results have been seen, investigated, proven or disproven and documented, unlike the “miracles” by the domestic fundamentalist TV preachers, various billy grahams, pat robertsons and paul crouches.

"Thank you for the admission that Catholics do indeed pray to saints." If you understand how Catholics define "pray to", your welcome.

There are fewer "
sad Christians" amongst those Catholics who implore sincere intercessory aid from the Saints, while AT THE SAME TIME, partake in the Church's Sacraments
frequently. This from my 30-year "active" participation in the Roman Catholic Church... (and I'm stickin' to my study)!
Go on, those of you who doubt; hit the link; Saints are lots of fun to get to know. And they make for very good friendships too.

Oh, is this JW logic? “Our Father who are in heaven” = Almighty, while Jesus is rendered “mighty”?

I would like to know why at the mausoleum in the Catholic cemetery in which my parents are buried, on tables down each aisle of the burial walls there are hundreds of notes and cards written to the dead people as if they come out of the boxes at night and gather around and read them. Strange.

they burn in hell as you pray to them.
And you know thois how?

Because they practiced the same idiocy themselves before the donkey in the vatican decided they were saints.
