The Catholic Church must be held to account by a UN human rights watchdog for doing too little to halt and expose paedophile priests, victims of abuse by the clergy said Tuesday. David Clohessy, director of the US-based Survivors Network of those Abused by Priests (SNAP), said he had few hopes of a massive shake up by Pope Francis, who since being elected in March has made several pronouncements urging action. "We're dealing with a well-established, longstanding, extraordinarily powerful global monarchy, that really has few or any checks and balances on its power," he told reporters.

Don’t you love it? The Commies invaded the Catholic Church in the 1930’s by sending in young men who pretended to be devout Catholics. Since then, they have become priests, pastors, bishops and archbishops, and NOW the same Commie party blames the Church.
Add to that the Catholic Church sending their priests to the psychiatrists who proclaimed them healed and led them to send the priests to other parishes to stem the gossip. THEN the psychiatrists said “There is no cure.” Blame the commies and the psychiatrists. This is a plot to condemn the Catholics. Next will be all Christians. This time maybe the Jews will be the last.
The Church has a lot of assets and some lawyers think they would like to have a share of those assets and some moslems and atheists think they would like to have all of those assets, or enough of them to convert the Church to a penurious minor sect that can be dealt with indue time.
Islamic abuse of children, women, and non-Muslims goes ignored...
Dear Lord, the UN has been involved in human trafficing and slavery scandals, don’t people read anymore?
Will the governments of Sweden and Germany, as well as the BBC be charged?
Will other religious entities hiding behind traditional mutilation and deflowering of little girls be held accountable for their abuses of these young children as well?

I see, have the pedophiles and rapists in the U.N. challenge the Catholic Church, seems right. Why not just go cry to the Belgians. But then the Belgians might just want to euthanize them.

Yep, and when they are done holding themselves accountable they can look into the National Education Association. The NEA is probably second only to the UN when it comes to sheer numbers of paedophiles and rapists being protected by their own heirarchy.
Not only do they have a major actual child rape problem but they also have a child torture problem.
Asking the un to investigate any Church would be like getting satan to investigate God.
