Caucasian is an inprecise term with different meanings at different times and in different contexts. People from india are technically Caucasian, but they are not white skinned. Alexander was Macedonian not middle eastern.
Do you see middle easterners as having white rather than brown skin? Would you say of an Arab that he is white? Would your average middle easterner be allowed in a 1950 era country club?

I don’t care about country clubs and do not belong to one
Private businesses and citizens should be allowed to associate with whom they wish
That is yet another area Civil Rights overreached
