Has anyone read the latest discovery on John the Baptist's cave , found in Israel. An archeologist located a cave not far from Jerusalem , that was used for baptisms. The cave contains water and a footlike dish carved out in the stone for washing and purification. There was also a picture of a man's head carved out in the rock above the baptizmal pool. How does this relate to the biblicle encounter of the Jordan river? Is this cave located near the Jordan? If anyone has shared interest on this finding, please respond. it doesn't sit right with me, but Who knows what happened 2000 yrs. ago. i'm waiting for eternity to find out.

I was reading that report, and for the life of me, wondered. I guess next, they'll be selling souvenir vials of the HS, if not already.
