Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MN) mounted a silent protest during Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s speech to Congress on Wednesday, holding up signs that said “Guilty of Genocide” and “War Criminal” during his address. Netanyahu, who was received with a standing ovation, began his address by acknowledging the Israeli hostages and their families, and by honoring Israeli soldiers in the gallery, — including Ethiopian and Muslim soldiers, and soldiers who, though wounded, returned to the fight. He rebuked anti-Israel protesters, alluding to the thousands who had gathered outside the Capitol, noting that they stood with Hamas and with “evil,” and noting...

An 80-year-old man living in a small city in Michigan's Upper Peninsula is in the hospital with serious injuries after an ATV driver apparently ran him over as he put up a sign in his front yard to show his support for the candidacy of former President Donald Trump. On Sunday, police received reports of three attacks likely tied to the same suspect in Hancock, Michigan, a small city at the base of the Keweenaw Peninsula, the stretch of land that juts out into Lake Superior in the northwestern area of the state's Upper Peninsula. Two of the incidents involved...

On Sunday, President Biden chose National Ice Cream Day to announce he will not seek re-election for a second term, endorsing Vice President Kamala Harris to take over as the Democratic Party’s presidential nominee. Biden said in a letter posted to X that he will “stand down and focus solely on fulfilling my duties as President for the remainder of my term.” But if he had any respect for the office he holds, the American people, our republic or himself, Biden would resign from the presidency immediately. No one said campaigning for re-election was easy. The schedule is punishing. A...

OAKLAND COUNTY, Mich. (FOX 2) - A 67-year-old suspect was fatally shot after breaking into a residence to attack his ex-girlfriend in Orion Township Wednesday morning. The suspect was fatally wounded by the ex-girlfriend's stepson inside the house, on Elkhorn Lake Road around 10 a.m. Oakland County Sheriff Michael Bouchard said. The woman and her stepson retreated to an upstairs bedroom after Galen Gavitt broke into the residence using an ax. Once inside, the stepson - who had his own gun - barricaded the door and the woman hid in the attached bathroom. Gavitt fired a shot through the door,...

Just heard that today, during our amazing Rally in the Great State of Michigan, esteemed Florida Circuit Court Judge, Robert L. Pegg, issued a Powerful Decision totally and completely DENYING the Pulitzer Prize Board’s desperate attempt to dismiss my ironclad Defamation Lawsuit against them for awarding the once respected Pulitzer Prizes to Fake News Stories about the Russia, Russia, Russia Hoax by The Failing New York Times and The Washington Compost. The Judge specifically stated that the Fake Stories, and the Prizes awarded them, have been debunked by several Government Investigations. He did not allow Pulitzer to hide behind the...

A bombshell new poll has predicted which presidential candidate will win the election based on a 'no tossup' electoral map. RealClearPolitics showed Trump taking multiple swing states in the Rust Belt region - in addition to one that hasn't been nabbed by a Republican in decades. The map shows Trump winning in Arizona, Nevada, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin and even Virginia. Biden won Virginia in 2020 by 10 points and no Republican has taken the state since former president George W. Bush did so in 2004. The RCP map shows that, as of late July, Trump will win the election 325-213...

The suspect in the Trump rally shooting searched online for information on the arrest of a Michigan mass shooter and his parents, who were prosecuted in a 2021 high school shooting. He visited websites for how to build explosives. And in the minutes before he fired shots in an attempted assassination of Donald Trump, he screenshotted a picture from a livestream of the Butler, Pennsylvania, rally. A week before the shooting, Thomas Matthew Crooks searched online for the date of the Democratic National Convention and where Trump planned to speak, as well as other searches for Trump and President Joe...

A Republican candidate for county commissioner publicly lost support from the GOP after throwing her housemate's tarantula down the stairs, according to multiple reports. Marisa Simonetti is running for Hennepin County Commissioner, but has had her public support from the GOP rescinded after she was charged with assault following a disagreement with a housemate. Simonetti claims she rented space in her home to an attorney, Jackie Vasquez, while she studied for the Bar Exam. Simonetti lived on the upper floor and Vasquez on the lower, but within weeks everything fell apart. Vasquez apparently started complaining about a "spider infestation," and...

Kamala Harris has suffered a blow in a poll that looked at how alternative Democratic candidates would do in swing states. There have been calls for U.S. President Joe Biden to be replaced as the Democratic candidate since the world watched his poor performance in his debate with Donald Trump on June 27. Many have assumed the vice president would be the obvious choice, but a new poll shows she doesn't fare as well as others, and she wasn't among the four who performed best. Analytics company BlueLabs carried out research to determine who would increase the number of people...

There is only one Democrat who thinks he’s winning or in a good position to win: Joe Biden. Every other member of his party, excluding his Rasputin-like inner circle, knows he’s in trouble. Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) reportedly told donors that House Democrats face annihilation if the president remains in the race. The polling reflects that the map has only improved for Donald Trump ever since Biden’s abysmal June 27 debate. CNN’s John King’s projection of the 2024 race isn’t just brutal for Joe Biden; it’s also something of an epitaph. We’re sixteen weeks away from Election Day, and with...

President Biden swore to Michigan voters Friday that he was “OK” during a campaign stop in the crucial swing state — before misnaming a prominent Democratic congresswoman. “I promise you, I am – I’m OK,” the 81-year-old president told supporters at a Northville, Mich., restaurant before heading to a larger rally in Detroit, where he stumbled attempting to shout-out Rep. Debbie Dingell (D-Mich.). “Members of Congress – Debbie Haley,” Biden said, apparently referring to Dingell, a five-term congresswoman. “And by the way, I want you to know that I’ve spent a lot of time with Debbie,” he added. “She helped...

Douglass Academy High School had 35 students with nearly 900 seats unfilled. None were proficient on the SAT. The Chicago Teachers Union wants to add at least eight staffers there and at every other school in the district at a cost of $1.7 billion. Only 35 students enrolled in Douglass Academy High School for the 2023-2024 school year, but the building can hold over 900 students. Logic would say it should be closed, but the Chicago Teachers Union prohibits closing it and other underused schools. In fact, CTU sees the 23 staffers at Douglass as inadequate. CTU’s new contract demands...

Heading toward a world of woe. Recently, Minnesota Congresswoman Ilhan Omar (D-Mogadishu) held a campaign rally with a former Somali prime minister, who spoke in her favor, noting that she would “represent Somalia” and not “the interests of the American people” in Congress. His appearance has led to an ethics complaint being filed against Ilhan Omar for violating federal election laws, and fighting those charges is likely to lead her into a world of woe. More on this latest complaint filed against Ilhan Omar can be found here: “Ilhan Omar Slapped With Ethics Complaint From Conservative Watchdog Over Holding Rally...

Does President Biden realize how angry some voters in Michigan are — specifically, Arab Americans? That anger is on full display in Dearborn, a suburb of Detroit that has one of the highest percentages of Arab Americans among U.S. cities (54 percent, though experts believe that’s a significant undercount). Opinion Video traveled to Dearborn to understand voter sentiment in a population that has the power to sway the election. Michigan has over 200,000 registered voters who are Muslim — enough to swing the state. (Biden won Michigan by 154,000 votes in 2020.) Just finding a pro-Biden Arab American voter in...

We can’t escape AI these days. Between the handwringing over what role AI will play in the future — some of which is understandable — to the ubiquity of AI assistance online, it’s on our minds and in our faces. AI can be helpful; we occasionally use image generators here at PJ Media to come up with funny or unusual featured images. It can also be annoying as all get out; if Meta AI is any indication, I don’t think we have to worry about robot overlords taking over anytime soon. But now, prognosticators rely on AI to predict all...

The nonpartisan group Cook Political Report (CPR) shifted the Michigan Senate race to a “toss up” on Thursday as issues with President Biden continue to affect Democrats in races elsewhere. “If there was one race that was looking like a stronger opportunity for Republicans even before the CNN debate and looks even more in play now, it is Michigan,” CPR’s Senate and Governors editor Jessica Taylor said in an analysis. CPR said [the current House Democrat], ... likely the Democratic nominee following the Aug. 5 primary, has held a lead. Still, that lead is narrower than races in other states...

George @BehizyTweets BREAKING: Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer has officially signed the WORST election overhaul bill into law. This law will stop local officials from conducting recounts to investigate fraud and when fraud occurs, they have to call on the George Soros DAs & Attorney General Cheating in Michigan elections is now basically legal because no one will get caught Republicans should immediately sue because this law is unconstitutional. Michigan's constitution guarantees voters a right to a recount/audit and specifically states that legislative action can ONLY expand voters' rights,

What did the founders do? They committed an act of treason by signing the Declaration of Independence. They recognized at some point you have to take on the established regime when it is not only unjust, but when there is no lawful way to get it back on track. These matters frame our own nation. Texas had just filed its original action in the Supreme Court against Pennsylvania, Georgia, Wisconsin, and Michigan -- four swing states whose election officers had clearly violated election law in those states and with an impact that put Biden over the top in all four....
