A break from the war news.
Dr Robert Scoch in his book, Voyages Of The Pyramid Builders, makes a reasonable case that the worlds pyramid builders all came from the Sunda Shelf (area near Indonesia) as it went underwater at the end of the last Ice Age. They were spread all over the world and took pyramid building to all the continents.
