BERLIN -- Wolf-Dieter Heinrich rubbed his hand over the 100-pound shoulder blade of a 150-million-year-old brachiosaurus brancai.
Monstrous dinosaur skulls, pelvises and a 15-foot-long spinal column lay scattered around him. The paleontologist was showing a visitor the site of one of his proudest moments: the discovery of tiny, prehistoric teeth that advanced the knowledge of mammals.

You'd think the german gov would be smart enough to insure
the preservation of this museum. The yearly revenues from
admission would more than enough to cover the cost of repair
not to mention the tourist bucks rolling into the country.
Even scientist traveling there to study the artifacts spend money on housing , food , entertainment , etc. The local economy would boom.

Hmmm, and I was always told they were the most advanced society ( and wealthy too) on earth.It sure sounds like a fine place to live!<====sarcasm I'm surprised all the leftists here in California aren't making a big fuss about the German people not caring for all 6 million of those important beetles.
