Thank Me! I Voted for Clinton-Gore!

Greetings, Everyone!!

I recently saw a bumper sticker that said, "Thank me, I voted for Clinton-Gore" So, I sat down and reflected on that, and I am sending my "Thank you" for what you have done, specifically:

1. Thank you for introducing us to Jennifer Flowers, Paula Jones, Monica Lewinsky, Dolly Kyle Browning, Kathleen Willey, and Juanita Broderick.
Did I leave anyone out?

2. Thank you for teaching my 8 and 10 year olds about oral sex. I had really planned to wait until they were older to discuss it with them, but now they know more about it than I did as a senior in college.

3. Thank you for showing us that sexual harassment in the work place especially the White House) and on the job is OK, and all you have to know is what the meaning of "is" is. It really is great to know that certain sexual acts are not sex, and one person may have sex while the other one involved does NOT have sex.

4. Thank you for reintroducing the concept of impeachment to a new generation and demonstrating that the ridiculous plot of the movie "Wag the Dog" could be plausible after all.

5. Thanks for making Jimmy Carter look competent, Gerald Ford look graceful, Richard Nixon look honest, Lyndon Johnson look truthful, and John Kennedy look moral.

6. Thank you for the 73 House and Senate witnesses who have pled the 5th Amendment and 17 witnesses who have fled the country to avoid testifying about Democratic campaign fund raising.

7. Thank you, for the 19 charges, 8 convictions, and 4 imprisonments from the Whitewater "mess" and the 55 criminal charges and 32 criminal convictions (so far) in the other "Clinton" scandals.

8. Thanks also for reducing our military by half, "gutting" much of our foreign policy, and flying all over the world on "vacations" carefully disguised as necessary trips.

9. Thanks for leaving our country vulnerable to the 9-11 attacks by cutting the heart out of our intelligence agencies. Thanks for the political correctness, so that we can't profile Middle-Eastern terrorists as opposed to 80-year-old nuns.

10. Thank you for involving our armed forces in foreign conflicts where there are NO American interests: Somalia, Haiti and Bosnia. Thanks to your first defense secretary, the late Les Aspin, for denying artillery and air support to our soldiers in Somalia, resulting in the deaths of 18 of our young men -- tortured, dismembered and dragged through the streets of Mogadishu by warlords' troops and other assorted thugs.

11. Thanks for having the most corrupt, liberal and incompetent cabinet in American history: Janet Reno, Mike Espy, Robert Rubin, Robert Reich, Les Aspin and Lannie Guinier (who -- thank God -- wasn't cleared by the Senate). There are others.

12. Thanks for the appointment for life of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg -- Hillary's friend -- who wouldn't understand the precepts of the Constitution if it were engraved on her forehead.

13. Now that you've left the White House, thanks for the 140 pardons of convicted felons and indicted felons-in-exile. We will love to have them rejoin society with impunity.

14. Thanks to you and your sticky-fingered wife also for removing White House silverware, china, art, furniture, & linen that is property of the citizens of the USA. I'm sure that Laura Bush didn't like that china pattern anyway.

15. Thanks to you and your staff in the West Wing of the White House for vandalizing and destroying government property on the way out.

16. I also appreciate your staff helping themselves to items from Air Force One: china, silverware, linen, towels, ashtrays, soap, pens, magnetic compass, flight manuals, and more. Removing all of that excess weight from Air Force One, means burning less fuel, thus less tax dollars spent on jet fuel. Thanks, Bill & Hill.

17. The U-S taxpayer pays the approximately $10,000 monthly mortgage payment on the Clinton's home in Chappaqua, New York. How? The Clintons rent space to the Secret Service who must protect them for life. The rent? $10,000 a month.

Hey, thanks!

And finally, please ensure that Hillary enjoys the $8 million dollar advance for her upcoming "tell-all" book and you, Bill, the $5 million advance for your memoirs. That's $13 million for two people who for eight years repeatedly testified under oath that they couldn't remember anything!

Who says crime doesn't pay!

God bless America and THANK YOU (once again) for spending my taxes so frugally.

Sincerely,

A U-S Citizen

P.S. Please pass along a special 'thank you' to Al Gore for “inventing the Internet,” without which I would not be able to send this little note!

I never saw one of these bumper stickers. And I live in Massachusetts, where there used to be a lot of "Don't Blame Me - I Voted For McGovern" bumper stickers.

I actually first saw this sign in Fort Worth, Texas, in the summer of 1994. Clintoids will always believe that their "hero" is heroic.

Hey, let's remember Clinton's positive achievements:

Thank you for giving us the first Republican-controlled House and Senate in 100 years.

Yep, that old Silver Lining thing seems to be borne out by recent events, and now it is raining poop on the sources of the 1990's cloud cover...

That's the truth -- the "See, I told ya so" stuff never goes over very well anyway. I've a couple hard-core liberal friends (more in the classical Democrat style) who have really had their eyes opened in the last few years. The two-party system is changing - both of them - and it would appear that the Democratic party as we know it is in serious trouble; (obviously, and all those self-professed "experts" are out looking for a new job after the November elections, just as I predicted) how this shakes out is of course crucial to both us and even the rest of the world. The Republican party cannot simply coast along on the fact that people will vote *against* the Democrats.

A "Clintoid" is a misguied soul who will always believe that AR Bill is the greatest thing since sliced bread, the Easter Bunny, and Santa Claus all rolled into one. The more outrageous AR Bill behaves, the more the Clintoids will defend him to the kilt. Many Clintoids may have what Al Gore once referred to as an "extra chromosome." Clintoids believe that AR Bill will be their permanent protector and benefactor. They believe he will save their Social Security, provide for their food stamps, assist them with high utility bills, provide Section 8 housing, provide assistance to put their elderly parents in nursing homes, and defend their civil rights and civil liberties. In short, the Clintoid really believes that AR Bill is their "earthly saviour." And nothing can convince them otherwise. AR Bill just gets the Clintoids all stirred up with passion. Now let's hear your definition, MotleyGirl70, of a "Clintoid."

You're one of those "right-winged" folks who likes to get conservatives emotional? It's a good thing too. Just when I thought I could talk about the previous administration without getting angry, you go and post this.

Good riddance isn't enough for these people.

"2. Thank you for teaching my 8 and 10 year olds about oral sex. I had really planned to wait until they were older to discuss it with them, but now they know more about it than I did as a senior in college."

I'm sorry you reminded me of this one. As a parent, it was the one that really made my blood boil. My children were 9 & 13, and we had to turn handsprings to shield them from the reporting on the antics of that inhuman, despicable a$$hole. He was a pox on everything that was decent and upright in this country. I will never for the life of me understand why he still has any supporters at all. But he does; millions of them. Either they are brain dead or their hatred of this once great country knows no bounds. I kept telling my children that he was the worst president we have ever had, and that things would get better when he was gone. I think they are coming to realize that now.

ANd the fallout: We now have a whole crop of teenage girls giving bjs, because "it isn't sex". I guess it serves to dampen the condom controversy though.
