That's how I got banned. I have been a registered Democrat for 30+ years and a poster (mostly lurker) on DU for about 2 years. When they at DU were asking why theyu lost so bad, I said among a few other things that we probably should NOT have anymore BJ's in the Oval Office. That got me banned in a hot minute. Since then I have been on Free Republic and believe I have had a epiphany. I feel a whole lot more at home here. Yes I know I used to be a Du'er but I am NO troll. I'm here in ALL sincerity

Maybe try getting Neopagan support. I've been talking with my fellows and we will back the Democrats because you guys oppose the Religious Right and Co. Keep in mind that the census results have shown that we are the fastest growing religion in the country. Maybe also go for the Muslim, Buddhist, moderate Christian, and Hindu votes as well. They're growing A LOT faster than fundementalist Christianity is. Give it ten years and all the religious groups that oppose the Right will be able to swamp them with sheer numbers at the polls.
