I voted for my Representative absentee.
Virgil Goode (R-5th Dist. VA) is a sponsor/cosponsor of the bill, thus is a yes.

I live in a civilized state. All my Congress critters and Senators support concurrent receipt. I'll send a few letters to the scumbags in other states who do not support it though!

Tom Barrett, although still a House member until January, was redistricted out when Wisconsin lost a House seat. He ran for governor & lost in the primary.

Barrett will still be in a position to do some good if he changes his mind. The outcome of this issue will be decided in November, if ever.

Vote R, indeed! But remember which of your reps support CR and which don't. That's the way to get CR passed.

Don't vote "single issue," but some issues are more important to individuals than others, wouldn't you agree?

I don't argue that, but one needs to observe the big picture, too! Like those short-sighted, sore losers in New Hampshire who are going to write in Smith's name today. They say they are sending a message to the Republican Party. But they are punishing their children and grand children by allowing Shaheen to become a Senator.

Aw, Mr. Redleg just feels like splitting hairs this morning. He may not have had his coffee yet, or maybe he's a "het up" about the election.

Fagedaboudit!
