Voting fraud is rampant in every state with a long history of Democratic control. (Fraud Charges Cloud Senate Election in Daschle's Home State, October 17)
In the 1980s I litigated a voting fraud case in Maryland. In discovery we found that there were precincts in the Baltimore area where Democratic votes exceeded registered voters.
We also found that in a precinct where approximately 220 Democrats were registered, 57 Republicans and 20 independents, there where a huge number of extra ballot cards available; an extra 300 400.
We are rapidly losing our voting rights to massive fraud. Interestingly, almost all cases that come to light involve Democrat-controlled counties and precincts.
Now we have Palm Beach County (FL) inviting fraud by permitting 'conditional' ballots and Minnesota allowing day-of-voting registration with no checking of the facts relating to registration. There is no legitimate purpose behind this or motor voter registration other than to permit vote fraud.
For those Democrats who are behind it because it benefits them, they should remember that the wheel turns. Of course, for voting corruption, recent decades have seen Democrats as the masters of this, but, that could change if Republicans and Independents get together and support the idea of one voter, one vote.

I think we are just scratching the surface of the voting frauds perpetrated FOR YEARS by the Democrats in probably every state.

I think stamping out voter fraud would be a great task to be taken up by Bush if he has a second term.
He should order a purging of the rolls.

Rampant voter fraud committed by democrats is the number one reason to retain the electoral college. They can steal electoral votes from states with large cities, but they cannot steal enough to counter the republican states.

Of all the things I can't stand about the operations of the Democrat party, vote fraud takes the cake. Our whole system was founded on the right to vote. Since most Americans don't bother to exercise their most basic duty as citizens, the Democrats are able to take advantage....and by cheating, put and keep their people in office. Americans, by their neglect and ignorance, have turned over control to the lowest of the low. The Democrats are hanging on by a very thin thread and will "do whatever it takes to win". We have to attack this fraud every way we can. It's my biggest pet peeve.

WOW! I am glad they are being discovered, but I think the Democratic voter fraud is like what they say about cockroaches, if you find one, you can be sure there are hundreds more hidden -- in case of the Democrats it's more like thousands.

Thanks much.
I put this in a you-know-where good place.

RATS are the masters of voter fraud and electoral fraud. In St. Louis during election day 2000 the democrats had to voters file a complaint with the court to keep the polls open because they were having "trouble voting." The reason they had trouble voting is because one of those filing the complaint was not registered to vote, and the other was DEAD!
And the F'en judge sided with the nonregistered voter and the dead man and kept the polls open! It is widely accepted that The Widder won because of this.

In the 2000 Presidential election, Gore reportedly got 94% of the black vote. What are the odds of that happening without massive fraud? And yet no one ever questioned it.

The solution is simple: two executive orders.
1. Repeal the motor voter law.
2. Require photo identification with every vote.
Slogan, if buying a 6 pack is important enough to require ID, then so is voting.

What should we expect from the Mafia Party? The party that stations muscular union operators at polling places to make sure people "vote right"? The party of permissiveness? The "pregnant chad" party? Wink wink, nudge nudge, say no more!
As long as the Democratic Party exists, there will be crime in our government. As long as Democrats run polling places, vote fraud will remain rampant.
Political parties should not run polling places. They should be administered by the judicial branch, secured by the executive branch, and regulated, audited and arbitrated, as necessary, by the legislative branch of government at all levels (Article I, Section 5, Clause 1 of the U.S. Constitution says "Each House shall be the Judge of the Elections, Returns and Qualifications of its own Members...").

Precints in Philly, which went for Gore "Big Time", as President Bush said in his SOTU address had turnout over 100%.

I can recall my parents ( fairly high-level Republicans ) discussing the Kennedy vote fraud in 1960... it's been going on a long time, but it got far worse in the 1990's. That clinton "legacy..."
BTW, a link to this post will go out in the morning email to about 50 letters to editors & talk show hosts. It will get seen.

I would like to add a third one, which should be the FIRST and most important step: Require PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP, and proof of age, when registering for the first time. This would put a stop to the thousands of non-citizens, including illegal aliens voting. Then they should do also what you suggest.
Aditionally, to eliminate dead people voting, cross check death certificates against voter rolls and remove dead people.
BTW -- in CA we have an initiative on the ballot right now, to allow same day voter registration, which of course is an invitation for fraud. I hope it won't pass.

What is the consensus from the DU crowd? Do they condemn, or condone this behavior?

Well, if I recall correctly, Shrillary, shortly after the last Presidential erection was completed, called for the Electoral College to be done away with. Let the people speak. Riiiiight!

I'll give you one guess. You can read this article:
Dems blast GOP efforts on voter fraud at
http://www.usatoday.com/usatonline/20021024/4561414s.htm
That tells you what the Dem party is all about.
To: Cobra64
The DU crowd thinks this is a giant GOP smoke screen to cover up the GOPs voter fraud machine. They do not believe tha the dems commit voter fraud. And I'm not kidding!
