May I ask you why it is he isn't running for Gov?

I think he was a reluctant Lieutenant-gubernatorial candidate, and he was of no mind to compound ... CNN guy thinks--in a rush of humanity on the scene--that they might have punched through. AP BREAKING FLASH They are through!

That's too bad because he seems like he's completely genuine and that it extremely rare in politics today... With 9/11 and now this he sure has had some experience at governing... Maybe he'll decide to run in four years from now if a Dem wins? Or it would be great to see Specter decide to retire... It seems he really cares about the people of his state...
