The Arab policy toward Israel, or for that matter toward Arab-Christian Lebanon, southern Sudan, and elsewhere, is one of sheer imperialism. Arab Muslims seek control over regions they regard as sacred parts of the Ummah, or the Arab Muslim motherland. This belief contributes to the volatility and at times violent behavior of Arab Muslim minorities in non-Muslim host countries. There's a tendency by them to view anything short of Muslim control as oppression. This derives from traditional Islamic notions of a world divided into an Islamic sphere of peace and an infidel sphere of war. Muslims are commanded by the Koran to engage in Jihad against the infidel sphere of war.
Nazi anti-Semitism, introduced in the 1930's and 1940's, and Communist/Leftist anti-Zionism has had a profound influence on Arab-Muslim imperialism allowing for the creation of a context in which traditional raw aggression can be translated into modern psuedo-scientific syllogisms. Nazism was introduced into the region by the British appointed Grand Mufti of Jerusalem, Haj Amin al-Husseini, who was visited by Adolf Eichman in Palestine and who spent the war years in Berlin heading a Nazi-Arab government in exile and training Muslim troops in Bosnia in the art of genocide. The Communists launched the PLO in the 1960's and the Baddawi Conference, headed by KGB agent Yevgeny Primokov introduced terror as a means of destabilizing the capitalist west in 1973.
The toxic amalgam of Islam and Nazi/Communist Socialism is fueling the present Holocaust against the Jews of Israel, a Holocaust that threatens to engulf the world. Any retreat by Israel from its modest territory west of the Jordan will have the same effect as Israel's withdrawal from southern Lebanon or Taba, which is that the Arabs will view withdrawal as retreat. Violence will be further ratcheted up with the taste of impending victory. Any retreat or equivocation by the western democracies, the sphere of war, to the same forces of terror will be viewed in the same light. The only way out of the quagmire is unconditional surrender and total victory at any cost.
President George W. Bush has been inconsistent in what he accurately describes as an international war against terror. While he has heroically committed American armed forces in the war against the al Quada terrorists who blew up the World Trade Center, at the same time he forces Israel to surrender territory to Hamas and Hizbollah, which then uses these territories as launching pads to terrorize Israel. While President Bush boldly speaks of an Axis of Evil, he forces Israel to deal with an Arafat government directly implicated in terror against Jewish civilians. This double standard is prolonging the war against terror and is risking both Israeli and American lives as well as civil liberties.
Arab and non-Arab Muslims have already achieved unprecedented sovereignty stretching from the Atlantic to the South Sea Islands. Vast Muslim expanses are rich in oil and other natural resources. Most of the armed conflicts in the world today, including an attempt by Islamic terrorists to trigger a nuclear war between India and Pakistan, are being waged by an aggressive Islam that seek to expand Islamic control. The non-Islamic and moderate Islamic world should take note and put radical Islamic countries and movements on notice that respect for sovereignty is a two way street. This notice must be backed up by vigorous force in order for it to be heard and understood.
America has led the world before against threats to freedom and has secured the peace. Franklin Delano Roosevelt called for the unconditional surrender of the Nazi's and their fascist allies; nations that also sought to aggressively expand their already adequate sovereignty. Ronald Reagan referred to the Soviet Union as an evil empire and rallied the forces of freedom to finally undo the leftist designs of international communism. There will always be nations seeking to encroach upon the freedom of their neighbors for the same reason that there will always crime and violence, this is human nature. Freedom has to be fought for and defended from a moral perspective from time to time, for the same reason that justice has to be upheld against criminality.
This imperialist ideology and behavior applies not just to Arab muslims, but to muslims in general (whether Arab or not). In particular, it applies to islamic supremacists (sometimes called "fundamentalists", jihadists, etc.) whose goal is nothing less than WORLD DOMINATION!!!!
