Rodney Outlaw This guy was headed for Trailer Life the moment his birth certificate was stamped.
This is always the determining question: "If you go downstairs to your basement and look up, do you see axles?"

Kidnapping? Nah, I doubt it. Aggravated assault and assault with a deadly weapon. Probably also assault with intent to harm or maim...whatever the Alabama version is. I'll bet dollars to donuts that he's already tried to have the charges dropped.

"The wounds were so severe to the buttocks that they are gone," McCool said. On the bright side Ms King is all set in the steak department. I hope she knows how to prepare rump roast.

The kidnapping charge comes from her bringing his injured body into her home and denying him medical attention. She could have pried his body loose and left him by the roadside to die or be aided by a passing motorist.
She brought him into her garage and kept him there refusing to help him.
The other dragging death was called a kidnapping even though the victim willingly got in the vehicle. They didn't even bring him to their home or request a ransom.
It doesn't matter where it occurs, that refusal to let someone go is kidnapping.

'Country folks'? You meant that as a compliment, didn't you?
In our part of the world, one of the nicest things you can say about a person is that he is jus' good country folks.

Worse yet is how some FReepers....very few fortunately fall for this crap. Today is another day as Scarlett would have said....and the fact that the victim was black means squat now that we have all have learned the truth about the alleged perps. I bet the media arsewipes that rushed down their to make their "race point" are crying in their blue plate special lunches as they wait for their marching orders to head back to NYC or DC and wait for the next big "hate crime" to materialize. Meanwhile, they are oblivious to the fact that most of the "hate" in this world right now is directed at us and them....all of it from our enemies who wish to destroy us. It's still another "Islam is Peace" day to these idiots.

According to the reports, there are no suspects yet. Just a man who claimed he was dragged and doesn't remember much else. 157 posted on 6/12/02 1:08 PM Central by stands2reason
I knew it! I didn't trust the representation of the "facts" yesterday. The man couldn't even say what race his "attackers" were. That was the big giveaway.

A big part of the problem seems to be that victim lied his butt off about the attack. At first, I thought that too, but the Mobile article seems to infer that investigators thought that's what happened to him, and that he didn't or wouldn't give much info. I would have rather he lied than for police to "create" a hate crime.

Investigators had speculated the victim being dragged behind a vehicle was one possible explanation for the injuries sustained, Pickens County Sheriff David Abston said.Does that mean they made it up? Yesterday's article said "man dragged" not "man dragged a possible scenario"---Un-@#$%ing-believable!!!

...Investigators had speculated the victim being dragged behind a vehicle was one possible explanation for the injuries sustained... My first thought: " Oh my God, another rural hang-gliding tragedy."

Yep, I posted that 'speculation' right of the bat yesterday.
People asked 'where did you get your info'?
From what the story didn't say.....not what it said. I used my brain...........all apologies accepted
