GROW SPINE, GOP, INVESTIGATE CLINTON (NOW says Rush Limbaugh)

GROW SPINE, GOP, INVESTIGATE CLINTON

My friends, I want you to listen to my brilliant Hour One challenge to the Republicans in Congress. The Democrats are demanding top-secret documents prepared for the president on Osama bin Laden and Middle Eastern men training at our flight schools.

Ari Fleischer says the White House is working with congressional committees investigating the matter. Cheney warned against playing politics, and Condolleezza Rice gave a briefing. All that's fine, but if congressional Republicans do not repeatedly and loudly demand likewise for Sandy Berger, Madeleine Albright - and, yes, Bill Clinton - to get to the bottom of their failure to act on the Sudanese government's offer to hand over Osama bin Laden, then they're not worth supporting.

I am very serious about this. If the White House is going to contribute, it's up to House Republicans to borrow, beg or grow a spine and conduct themselves the way the Democrats would in these sorts of circumstances. If congressional Republicans don't assert themselves, Daschle Democrats are going to roll right over them in this investigation and it's going to turn out to be nothing more than a Robert Bork-type hearing.

This is not about blame or "gotcha." It's about facts. In the current See, I Told You So, I remind you that of my warning that foreign policy would be then-Governor Clinton's downfall - and now stories are coming out about exactly this sort of thing happening related to September the 11th. CNN reports that the United States was warned in 1995 of a plot to hijack airplanes and attack buildings, and sent a similar warning on September 11th...of 1999. Fight it, guys - now.

"Fight it, guys - now."

Bush Says He Wants to Let Clinton 'Move On'
"Listen, here's my view: I think it's time to get all of this business behind us. I think it's time ... to allow the president to finish his term, and let him move on and enjoy life and become an active participant in the American system. And I think we've had enough focus on the past. It's time to move forward."

Bush Won't Dwell On Clinton Affair, "We're Moving Forward"
"B/S, Mr Bush. Clinton is a criminal and a traitor. We demand a thorough investigation and prosecution. Our Republic is dead and our liberty is at stake if the next administration does not clean up this mess for now and forever more. Corrupt politicians must pay the price for subverting our Constitution and using their offices for personal gain."

I just watched Episode 2 tonight. If there was one creepy parallel, it was that Sometimes Government brings about tragedy, to further it's controls. Reading the book called, "The Oklahoma City Bombing, and the Politics of Terrorism" gave me another insight. Let me just say that after seeing what is happening in our government, I see Clinton behind a lot of things. He's met with leaders of foreign nations, and all of a sudden we have problems. He's acting like he is still our leader, and causing a lot of problems. He's creating dissent, and is wreaking havoc with our current foreign policy. The first thing Bush should do is imprison Clinton for perjury. Then investigate everything and make it public. Then, indict Hillary for her misdeeds as well. She's as culpable for White Water as anyone, not to mention helped engineer the coverup of several rapes. These people deserve to be put in prison for what they did.

By Bush letting them remain free, he does the rest of America disservice, and serves the democrat modus operandi. They are inherently evil, ALL politicians are. There is not ONE honest politician in office, and there will never be, since we the people tolerate the parasites who redistribute the wealth that our nation creates.

Translation: Both the Clintons get a free pass guaranteeing absence of any consequences for their actions and a standard of corruption is established for the future.

Justice isn't always pretty, polite, convenient and neat... but it must be served, otherwise the even uglier spectre of injustice will rule.

Addendum: And then there is abstract wonderment as to why the voter turnout is low. I didn't have anybody to vote for who would stand for a difference. Bush appeals to Mexicans because they are the only people left who are affected to the choice of candidates.

I doubt that it can be done. Judge Wright adjudicated the matter and imposed a meaningless penalty. In our legal system a person can't be tried repeadedly for the same crime. She should haven given Clinton a year in the slammer for his actions. I've written about this earlier and there is no sense in going into it now..

Exactly right. But this is all part of George W. Bush's master secret smart socialist compassionate bi-partisan warm fuzzy calm inclusive feel-good peaceful olive branch winning plan. You didn't get your decoder ring?

Clinton Discounts 1999 Report That Warned of Possible Suicide Hijackings Into Federal Buildings

By B.J. Reyes Associated Press Writer

Published: May 17, 2002

HONOLULU (AP) - Former President Clinton said Friday he knew about the dangerous potential of Osama bin Laden but discounted reports that a 1999 analysis should have alerted his administration to a terrorist attack on the scale of the Sept. 11 attacks.

Bush doesn't have a plan. He's basically a dim bulb who can be fed slogans. Beyond that, his mentality operates like a grinning ball bearing that will roll toward the blandest and easiest way out of anything.

When Bill Clinton was running for president he knew every God damned thing about everything. I heard him say so. After he was elected and things began to turn to dung, he suddenly began to say he didn't know anything when it was convenient. I wish to hell he had caught emola or AIDS or something 30 years ago and croaked. That having not happened, maybe there is still time for it to happen to both the Clintons and relieve the planet of an abomination.

Thanks as always. The sticky part of this whole mess is that what Clinton did or didn't do became Bush's presidency.

Same guys running intel who knew what they knew had his ear. And in the aftermath of 9-11 no one was fired. Until now.

Of course lateral moves don't punish anyone.

Bush is playing catchup. Not a winning game.
