Recent news reports stated that one of the reasons President Bush decided to take a more active role in negotiating a peace settlement in the Middle East was because of his concern that women voters were being "turned off" by pictures of dead bodies from war-torn areas in and around the West Bank. Keeping women voters happy seems to be a high priority for politicians these days, and for good reason - America is now a thoroughly feminized country.
Subscribe to any cable or satellite service and one will discover an abundance of women's channels. Do these channels promote traditional femininity? No. They promote radical feminism instead. At the same time, trying to find a men's channel is an exercise in futility, because it does not exist.
To find a masculine president, one has to go back to Ronald Reagan. Before that, however, the vast majority of U.S. presidents, Republican and Democrat, exuded masculinity and manliness. Those days are over.
Today, women must be appeased and catered to. They are the heads of businesses, the heads of churches, and the heads of their homes. In politics, the women's vote is usually the one that turns the election. Women serve on military ships and in military operations. They dictate their children's upbringing (which explains why most of them grow up undisciplined and spoiled, by the way) and have the final word on virtually all family decisions. Such a phenomenon is the sign of a nation in trouble. God's prophet warned that one of the marks of a nation under divine judgment is when "women rule over them." (Isa. 3:12)
The exact cause of the feminizing of America is difficult to pinpoint. Did radical feminism cause men to abandon their God-given responsibilities, or did that abandonment create the vacuum from which radical feminism grew? It is the old chicken or the egg question. However, one thing is sure: men have abandoned their responsibilities of leadership, and our nation is going down the tubes because of it.
In the black community, the vast majority of children are being raised without a father. The white community is not far behind. Furthermore, in those homes where fathers do exist, they are largely detached and provide no real influence. Mom is in charge, and everybody in the household knows it. It was not always this way, however.
There was a time in this nation when rugged men taught their sons the qualities of manhood. Boys grew up learning how to box, how to wrestle, how to play football, etc. Today, America's boys only know how to play girls' games. They have never had their noses bloodied or their butts bruised. "Soccer Moms" have replaced disciplinarian dads.
Then again, there was a time when a man's primary interest was not in guzzling a pack of Budweiser and sitting all evening in front of the "boob tube" while ignoring virtually everyone in the house. There was a time when men took their families to church and taught their children the fundamental values of honesty and integrity. Believe it or not, there was a time in America when men took pride in being the spiritual heads of their homes. They actually knew how to balance a checkbook and how to read the Good Book. They were the kind of men that women loved and children respected.
However, the feminization of America is so complete, so thorough, that I am not certain if old-fashioned, masculine men are even desirable anymore. You would not know it by looking at our politicians, or our preachers, that is for sure. Therefore, President Bush (and everyone else) will continue to appease the feminist majority (male and female) that comprises this new, feminized America.
In both communities I think it's a big problem. Fathers/mothers are leaving because there is no committment or interest in raising and loving a child. It's just easier to walk away and let the mother/father raise these kids alone with no help. Or just turn them over to the state for taxpayers to financially raise these children that the lowlife parents choose not to raise. To give up on your child and leave them behind is something I could never do. (I don't have children, but would give up everything in my life to make sure they are happy, healthy, loved and safe. Just how I was raised by my parents.)

More and more men are becoming computer nerds who sit behind a desk all day. The real men are those who actually do physical work (roofers, carpenters, painters, constructionists, factory workers). Those are real men in my book (don't bother to flame me, this is MHO). I'd love to see if the computer nerd could handle working in a factory in 100 degree weather standing on their feet all day, like my Dad did for 27 years(the best man in the world to me).
Soccor Moms have turned many of "our" young boys in to little fems. These boys better shape up or they will be walked over later in life by a feminazi, just like their mothers.
That's just having different talents. There are real men who are doctors who don't ever get their hands dirty or work hard with them, there are nerds who are real men---a factory worker wouldn't likely be able to handle sitting behind a computer all day either. What kind of job someone has doesn't make them a real man or a real woman.
HEY! A little respect please. I may sit behind a computer most of the day, but I can do any construction project you care to name. I've done rough and finish carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and am smart enough to know that finishing concrete is too much like work. AND, when the fridge or washing machine breaks, I can figure out what's wrong (electrical or mechanical), and fix it without the $100-200 service call. That's renaissance nerd to you, lady!

I work behind a screen all day, but I'm not afraid of physical labor either. In fact, I enjoy the physical labor I do do because I work behind a screen all day. No Bally's for me. Chopping wood, yard work, carpentry, painting et al, no problem. And while its been a while since I've done it; if you have a wild pony you need broke, I can do that for you. Stacking hay bales on a humid 100 degree summer day in a barn's loft; done that too.
Don't make sweeping generalizations or assumptions. Real men come in all shapes and sizes and many different professions.
Oh just relax! I refer this post more to the way my dad worked and labored. The way I see "real men."

It is normal for women to be opposed to violence and killing--that is in most women's nature, and is a good and right counter-balance to the way that we men sometimes get too bloody-minded.
However, whether a woman or a man--anyone opposed to the killing in the Holy Land needs to realize its true source---the phony "Palestinian" movement, which is part and parcel of the international muslim supremacist jihad!!!!
US implementation of a muslim-appeasing "peace process" will only result in more and more killing--perhaps on a massive level!!! In fact, that's what created the situation as it stands now!!
The American Dad is portrayed as a befuddled doofus who knows nothing about science. The poor schmo can't even pronounce "physics" correctly. His smoothly confident wife (why did she marry HIM, if she's so smart?) and chirpy children tell him he needs to go to the New York Hall of Science -- where he might "learn something."
There is a chorus of derisive giggles, as if to say: Yeah, right. Dad's so dumb, he won't learn anything.
A while back, I ran into an Army recruting booth at a fairgrounds, and it sported a banner that read, "Be All You Can Be." I asked the male sergeant, "How can you be all yuou can be when you have to train with women?" He had no answer because there is no good answer.
What sort of nation puts its mothers and daughters in harm's way? In combat? A sick twisted one! What do you spuppose the muslims will do with captured females?
