Agreed she is a better choice, however she is not part of Tricky Dick and Daddy George's master plan. A wonderful choice, I agree. Would she need a cabinte post first? In any event, this is not about being thick, it is about out-FDR'ing the DemoRats.

We agree, no way, Jose, for Powell. He gets suckered in too easily as we have seen by others' opinions. He, of the Blackhawk Down debacle, was not willing to run for President when asked, probably because he felt he wasn't up to the job. Quite rightly so, and he would become President if Bush, presumably, couldn't finish his term. But he had a good piece of advice, source unknown, I know, from people who worked under him that I heard about but which I've forgotten!
