Washington DC's woke Mayor Muriel Bowser will travel on a taxpayer-funded jaunt to Las Vegas with her team just hours from now.
It comes just weeks after the Democrat faced backlash for attending the lavish Masters golf tournament that cost $5,000 per person, Bowser personally revealed.
The mayor will travel with a team of 14 on an 'economic mission' to the International Council of Shopping Centers at the Wynn Las Vegas on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, according to her public calendar.

People don’t get it. These politicians want more crime, chaos, thuggery, unemployment, poverty, and failing everything. By doing so, they get more money and authority. Government only rewards failure in its own measures. It punishes success.
They view public office as a means to obtain things they otherwise could not working in the private sector.
They deserve that kind of representation.
Great point. The lack of impulse control you see in videos with black women getting into slugfests at McDonald’s and Disneyworld, is visible with the black women (and men) that move up the income ladder.

People like Bowser are more interested in having a “position”, with all the perks that go with it, than they are about fulfilling the responsibilities of that position (for which they are simply incapable). Also, too many times these “women of color” let their anger and focus on “payback” overwhelm their ability to behave responsibly. If there has been a successful one I am unaware of them.

It is like the famous bank robber who was asked “why do you rob banks” and he replied “because that is where the money is”.
She is a hog at the trough.

It will be the taxpayer who gets “nickel and dimed” to death while her entourage researches the intricacies of slot machines and the permutations of the all-you-can-eat dinner buffets.

Well this gives Trump the opening he needs to put DC back under control of an external finance control board, and set the mayor and her office aside. Remember home rule is a grant by a thoroughly corrupt uniparty controlled Congress and can be revoked at any time - oops, Houston, we have a problem.
