Paralegal Testimony: Alvin Bragg’s Office Tampered With Evidence
The Federalist ^ | MAY 13, 2024 | BRIANNA LYMAN

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s paralegal testified on Friday that his office deleted from their evidence three pages of phone records between convicted liar Michael Cohen and Stormy Daniels’ lawyer Keith Davidson without notifying former President Donald Trump’s legal team, according to reports.

Trump attorney Emil Bove questioned paralegal Jaden Jarmel-Schneider on Friday about three pages of 2018 phone records between Davidson and Cohen that Bragg’s office had deleted, according to CNN. Additional phone records between Daniels manager Gina Rodriguez and then-National Enquirer editor Dylan Howard regarding Daniels’ claim about her alleged affair were also deleted, according to The Epoch Times.

The altered call records were submitted into evidence, but Bragg’s office did not tell Trump’s team that three pages were missing, The Epoch Times reported.

Tampering with evidence is a class E felony in the Empire State under New York Consolidation Laws, Penal Law § 215.40, which states in part:

A person is guilty of tampering with physical evidence when: Believing that certain physical evidence is about to be produced or used in an official proceeding or a prospective official proceeding, and intending to prevent such production or use, he suppresses it by any act of concealment, alteration or destruction, or by employing force, intimidation or deception against any person.

Trump’s eldest son, Donald Trump Jr., took to X on Friday calling the developments “insanity.”

“How on earth is this not a felony committed by Bragg and his minions? It sure would be if team Trump did it,” Trump Jr. posted to X.

I have to say, If Trump is acquitted - and that’s a big IF, it would be a sweet victory because the MSM clowns who have been telling their viewers that this is a legitimate case will have to explain why 12 New York liberals decided to acquit.

How about the $12.5-billion bonus payout from the Cow Fart Foundation to co-chairman. Will that get a close examination by the Braggster?

My bookie wouldn’t take bets on the court to do anything about a felony committed by Bragg and his staff.

NY + Democrat = Free pass

The article didn’t say WHEN these three pages of records were deleted. If they were somehow deleted in 2010 that is one thing. If they were deleted in the process of getting ready for this trial it is another. Although, even if deleted in 2010 it would raise “reasonable doubt” in anyone’s mind as to the truthfulness of the prosecution’s claims.

Reminds me of the gap in the Watergate tapes.

Two cases I was following.

One was three cops arresting a black guy. The other was the man on the Apple River defending himself from the group of drunk kids.

A woman that filmed the cops turned her phone over to the police after she had posted one clip on her social media. She said she had other clips from before and after what she had posted.

Except in the three days between the incident and her turning it over, the phone had been locked out by someone putting in 10 incorrect pin numbers and then her phone was damaged so badly it wouldn’t work. She claimed her 2-year old had typed in the pins, and she dropped the phone.

***************

A gal on the river that claims she was punched by the man said she took photos of her face afterwards showing her injuries. The police did not find any such photos, or that any photos had been deleted from the phone.

Images of her face by others (including police cameras) did not show any damage afterwards.

The man was found guilty of reckless homicide and attempted reckless homicide and could be sentenced to 96 years in prison.

And to financially damage him.
Can you imagine the legal expenses his racking up fighting these ridiculous court cases.
Not to mention the physical demands and impediment to campaigning.

If I was a defense attorney in NYC, maybe, just maybe I would file for a court to reopen a case to make sure their client was treated legally. This could mean thousands of reopened cases to be reviewed! Who would do that?

~~~~~~~~~~~~~
WOW , just thinking of this possibility brings a HUGE smile to my tired and worn out face! LOL
They were not deleted in 2010, the article noted “three pages of 2018 phone records”.
