This sentence makes NO grammatical sense.

It is an unnecessarily compound sentence, but if one was taught and/or remembers how to diagram a sentence, it makes sense. There are three subjects: (1) a defense motion related to the Mar a Lago raid, (2) an order by DC Judge Beryl Howell that pierced Trump's attorney-client privilege in the docs case, and (3) a motion about prosecutorial abuse. All three might be unsealed by Judge Cannon.

Admiral Rogers is a hero and patriot.

But it bothers me that Rogers has defended the bad parts of the Patriot Act. It's illegal for US officials to spy on US citizens, but under Obama they did it by using foreign intel.

Did the spies know in real time Roger’s was briefing Trump about the spying?

What do you want to bet that those documents were EXCLUDED from anything that was turned over to anyone. (Removed and probably burned before they made it to HQ).

"Did the spies know in real time Roger’s was briefing Trump about the spying?"

You'll have to ask Mike Rogers about that.

Another point. Just because spying on US citizens is illegal, doesn’t mean they won’t do it anyway “for the greater good.” So from their point of view, what difference if foreigners do it or CIA/NSA?

Of course. But blaming Obama is not accurate. This was widely reported before that, especially after 9/11 and the patriot act.

The Bushes and Clinton, yes. I don’t blame Reagan and Carter directly for the Patriot Act. I guess I could blame myself for voting for Daddy Bush, but I couldn’t stand Dukakis.

Admiral Mike Rogers* went to NYC to visit President Elect Trump after the election to warn him of the surveillance and only God knows what other acts of sedition committed by the FBI/CIA against candidate Trump and now President Elect Trump and Trump’s key people.

I believe before Rogers, Nunes was first to warn Trump of surveillance, in late August, on a campaign plane ride in California.

Will FR legal minds please explain to those of us with no clue what this means?? Thanks in advance...>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

1) The FBI and Jack Smith colluded to tamper with the files seized at Mara Largo ( likely reason...there was direct evidence of espionage and treason in the documents which connected individuals directly to the secretive back door attacks to prevent Trump from governing as president.)are out of order and replaced by coded marker files. The chain of custody of the physical documents has been destroyed and some documents cannot be retrieved, whereabouts not known, or bogus rewritten documents substituted for the originals.Smith represented to the court all along that the documents were exactly as found at Mara Largo....he purposefully misled the court.....serious enough to get him disbarred.

2)Therefore the judge has unsealed some defence motions made to reveal the docuents earlier concerning their “secret classification” and whether they were declassified, the defence saying they were. Smoith disappeared the most damning documents becuase there was a possibility of their being de classified and then put into open evidence to defend Trump.Smith became a nervous Nellie inhis bid to protect his suoeriors from incriminating evidnce of espionage and treason, both carry capital punishment sentences.

Next Trump’s lawyers can bring a motion to dismiss this bogus criminal prosecution because the evidence itself has lost allr pobative value, It not now evidence, because it has been altered and has little or no probative value. The evidence is now just self serving crap. This will take time, no way this trial will proceed before the election.

3) Judge Cannon’s life is now in danger, They would off her in a minute so thematter can go t another judge who is a BIden cut out.

LOL! "Unfounded" CNN:The proceeding will give Trump and his attorneys a platform to air unfounded theories about the prosecution, including the accusation that it is politically motivated.

Let me try it this way:

Judge Cannon preparing to unseal (make public):

- nonpublic defense motions filed by Trump related to Mar a Lago raid
- DC Judge Beryl Howell order that pierced atty-client privilege in docs case
- and a prosecutorial abuse motion.

CNN will laugh when Cannon grants Trump a motion to diismiss all or part of the indictment.

Smkith lied...the case died.He protected a bunch of treasonous baftards back in Washingtoon by stealing the evidence that would convict them.Thats what this has been all about so far.

Trump gets off.

NO evidence, no case.

“Did the spies know in real time Roger’s was briefing Trump about the spying?”

Because of his position, Mike Rodgers would have traveled with a robust set of counter eavesdropping tools at his disposal. So yeah, they knew he was meeting Trump, but wasn’t able to hear what was said.
