In what is being viewed by many as a final plunge into wokeness, the Boy Scouts of America has announced a name change.
No longer will the name include "Boys."
It will be just "Scouting America." Effective next year.
USA Today reported the organization said its goal is to be more "inclusive."

Accepting girls was debated in membership for years. BSA leadership made this name change unilaterally without asking anyone. Members would have protested.
The people who took over scouting ostensibly to make it more inclusive (of degenerates) were lying. They took over scouting because they hate scouting and the country it represents. They took over scouting to destroy it.
This name change is about transgenders. It completely eradicates any mention that there are genders. Stick a fork in scouting. They’re done.
Now the pervs who refer little girls can become scoutmasters too.

I have a relative who was very active in Scout leadership - took his son from Cubbie to Eagle Scout and was active in leadership for years after the kid went to college. This is just killing him. “It really was a beautiful thing,” he told me recently. “It’s been ruined deliberately. None of this is accidental.” I think he’s right.
Take a look at who’s molesting kids, promoting trannyism, and playing drag queens - it ain’t boomers.

Not any more. My understanding is that the Mormon Church, a HUGE supporter of scouting and local scouting units, pulled its support several years ago when they saw the slide it was taking. It's dying on the vine as a result.

A conservative answer to the Girl Scouts, which until recently has been worse than Boy Scouts, if that can be imaginable.
Too bad... I had some cool times in the Scouts.
Makes me want to give back my Eagle rank. I won’t though, I earned it as a child in a different time many years ago. Most of my leaders were from the Greatest Generation, helpers but never givers. It was truly a different time of achievers and those that didn’t and nothing was given. So I will keep my Eagle in recognition of achievement and the men who led me.
