for gawdsakes just don’t begin a sentence with them.
Forcing someone to use preferred pronouns is a violation of the first amendment.
F-U!!! The government laws are illegal-—why are we trying to bypass or work within the limits of an illegal edict?
“The First Amendment to the United States Constitution prevents the government from making laws respecting an establishment of religion; prohibiting the free exercise of religion; or abridging the freedom of speech, the freedom of the press, the freedom of assembly, or the right to petition the government for redress of grievances.”
Can’t wait until this BS is finally put to rest in the courts.
Get fired...
I wouldn’t want to work at s place at is a notch below a mental institution anyhow.

All a part of turning us into mindless communist sheep. Think the way we tell you to think. Eat the bugs.
Like "actual" guidelines?
If you see one say NOTHING
I’m now federally mandated to accept and kowtow to someone else’s mental illness? What are they going to do if I don’t? Arrest me and take me to jail?
(while in jail)
Criminal: “What are you in here for, man?”
Me: “Not using the right pronouns.”
Haven’t we had court cases that protected our right to refer to a man as a man regardless of his mental illness, attire, etc.?
I have no obligation to implement a new set of invented definitions to accommodate the mentally confused.

EEOC Chairwoman Charlotte A. Burrows argued the changes were necessitated by the Supreme Court’s Bostock v. Clayton decision in 2020 that found that a company would be in violation of Title VII anti-discrimination laws if it fired a worker “simply for being … transgender.”

Simple ‘fix’: Don’t hire the mentally ill
Government failed at Vax Mandates now pushing Word Mandates?
I eagerly await when “Eff the feds” becomes a national motto. And thanks to the left, that time is rapidly approaching.
In my naive youth, I actually thought that the gubmit actually had intelligent folks contained within. Silly me.
“Guidelines”? I don’t remember “guidelines” being law. This has gotten way out of hand, the gov has no business in what someone is called, or to try and enforce the legitimacy of men using women’s restrooms. It’s like they are trying to facilitate sexual harassment. Same with women’s sports. Let women be women!

It’s not so surprising the federal government is issuing “harassment guidelines.”
Nobody can harass people like the federal government, so they must know how to do it right.
