An FDNY firefighter has died of a heart attack just months after he was fired as part of the city’s effort to free up funds for its migrant crisis — leaving his grieving widow and kids struggling to keep a roof over their heads.

They could have furloughed people who already had their benefits vested. They chose younger people specifically so they wouldn’t have to fund them or pay them out over time. This tells us they have no heart AND they are expecting to have long term structural economic problems.

Prayers for the man’s family, may they find peace in the memories of their time together.

Heart attack and cancers are the main causes of firefighter deaths. I know firefighters in great shape who succumb to heart attack. This has been the case long before Covid vaccines.

Haven’t you heard? Democrats are simply not interested in American Citizens.

It’s gotten so bad in Chicago their black citizens are organizing to vote for Trump because he will stop the illegal invaders. If Chicago votes for Trump, Illinois turns red for the first time in decades. If you remove Chicago from Illinois, Illinois becomes one of the reddest states out there. And the blacks are suddenly being subrogated to the illegals, displacing them from the golden child status that they had head you decades. And guess what? They’re angry about it.

It’s not just Trump they’re threatening to elect either. This group is also threatening to bring in a republican mayor for the first time in 80 some-odd years.

Liberals govern with emotion and not logic so it will be interesting to see where this all shakes out. But the combination of senile, demented Slow Joe and blacks being shoved out of favor for the detritus of central America might very well bring more and more blacks into the fold of the GOP. We’ve seen it anecdotally in the polls for years now, the real test will be election day. They say all politics is local and inner city residents who are now after the illegals might well cause an upheaval in November.

Or, they could vote for yet another democrats and see if anything gets better.

We don’t know that it was or wasn’t vax that led to heart attack. It may be true that the vax was less likely to be the immediate problem than the typical 36 year old firefighter.

I'm guessing a genetic problem. When I was in the Corps, we had a major that was in great shape get a heart attack. He was in his early 30s. I also knew a warrant officer have a heart attack when he was in his late 30s. He also was in great shape. My met him about 10 years later and he told me that he had 5 heart attacks in the last 10 years. His doctors told him he had "sticky artery disease." Basically, his arteries easily acquired plaque. Both of these gentlemen drank lightly, did not use tobacco, and maintained good physical conditioning.

Outrage is not enough. The people who created these problems will continue to make more problems and they will never fix any of them. They don't even want to fix them. They must go.

I would suspect that those people in Chicago threatening to vote Republican will have a sudden change of heart the morning of Nov. 5. People just have a hard time kicking bad habits.
