If they jail Trump, what’s next?
American Thinker ^ | 04/20/2024 | Clark Wren

The insiders, the elites, the establishment, whatever you want to call them, are hoping our Soviet-styled Department of Justice (“show me the man, and I’ll show you the crime”) will keep rolling forward and steam-roll Donald Trump.

Although the Trump base is solidly with him and has stopped listening to anything the legacy press tries to manipulate us to believe, the Department of Justice has the power to incarcerate Trump if that is the will of the court.

What then? The elephant in the room is precisely what the talking heads won’t say. We have a constitutional crisis right now. Refusal to acknowledge the elephant doesn’t make it go away. A constitutional crisis, though, is not necessarily a bad thing.

It does, however, require people to think outside of the box, which makes most people uneasy. Nevertheless, when there is a great distance between what you are being told and what you are actually thinking, then change becomes inevitable and necessary. But it is not the change for which the insiders, the elites, the establishment, whatever you want to call them, are aiming.

The institutions, which are now firmly controlled by the elites, are not supposed to run this country. We are supposed to run this country. Again, the message we get bombarded with almost daily from the media has little effect on Trump’s base, but everyone is not in Trump’s base. There are many who are undecided, and an election can be determined by razor thin margins.

What Trump is claiming while he stands trial in New York is exactly what is happening, “election interference.” To put it another way, anything that can be done to rig the 2024 presidential election is being done.

Some of the scumbags who foisted the lockdowns on the West privately predicted ~25% compliance with mask mandates. It was closer to 85%. ‘Nuff said.************

I think the biggest reason people acquiesced to the mask mandate wasn’t so much brainwashing as it was their knowledge of mankind’s greatest fear: DEATH. It was heavily implied that NOT wearing a mask was taking a ‘huge risk’ in contacting COVID and that would lead.to certain death.

What they’ll need to tap into with Trump is a fear of ‘something’ that will happen if he walks free and is re-elected President, and convince the non-thinking sheep of this “fact” (whatever it is).

I’d say BLM got everything they wanted out of it, how has it worked out for us?

If Trump is found guilty (and I don’t see how that doesn’t happen, given the jury), there may be some rallies to voice support for Trump, but the participants will be branded insurrectionists. Having a few thousand arrested might discourage others from taking part in a rally.

Feel the same way. I’m not worried about me. I’m sad for my kids. Train them up in the Way and pray they won’t stray from it.

I don't think that federal law enforcement could take President Trump into custody on a conviction by a New York State court. I could be wrong.

In any event, the President might travel to Texas or Florida if he gets assurances from the respective governor that the State would not grant extradition to New York.

That would, however, put him in debt, so to speak, to the governor in question.

On the other hand, President Trump is reported to have said that he would welcome status as the American Nelson Mandela.

When they come to take you to the FEMA death camps don’t let them take you alive. And take as many of them along with you as possible.

A friend of mine, who is in his sixties but still very fit, said, "When they come to get me, I won't be home. I will be about five hundred yards away..."

When they kick at your front door
How you gonna come?
With your hands on your head
Or on the trigger of your gun

I’ll believe it when I see it.

I fear you won't see it. I thought sure we would see something after Waco and Ruby Ridge, but no we continue to be betrayed by the very people that swear they are on our side. We have long time Freepers even today that swear Trump lost the last election because he was just too mean. The democrats have been stealing elections for years and now that they have computer power to aid them and we don't, we will continue to lose no matter how popular Trump is.

Unless we take up arms against this criminal government!!!
" "If you will not fight for right when you can easily win without blood shed;
if you will not fight when your victory is sure and not too costly; you may
come to the moment when you will have to fight with all the odds against
you and only a precarious chance of survival.

There may even be a worse case. You may have to fight when there is no
hope of victory, because it is better to perish than to live as slaves. " " --

That would lead to federal law enforcement involvement, since interstate flight to avoid prosecution is its own federal crime.

States are required to give full faith and credit to the legal processes of other states, including complying with extradition warrants. Refusing to do so would put Florida in a state of rebellion against the US.

As exciting as that may sound, it won’t be good for Florida.

The ruling class in this country is just like King George III and his boys back in the 18th century.

Thanks for the reminder of numeric address. There was a time when I had several.
