Breaking! Illegals Will Be Allowed To Cast Votes in the Crucial Swing State of Arizona

As it stands, liberal Arizona voting laws have paved the way for non-citizens, whether they are legal or not, to register for and cast a ballot in the 2024 presidential election.

U.S. Air Force master sergeant Nick Kupper, who is one of several state legislature candidates vying for a seat in the Arizona House of Representatives’ District 25. While the voting laws do not affect his run for office, he is gravely concerned about the upcoming presidential race.

“In Arizona,” Kupper said, “even if the state can’t verify whether you’re a citizen, people can still assert that they are citizens.” While these individuals are not allowed to vote in Arizona elections, they can still vote in the federal election. “They can still vote for the president,” he explained.

In an April 16 post on X, Kupper pointed out that “In 2020 Biden got 73% of the federal only votes & Trump lost AZ by 10K votes. There are now over 32K federal only voters in AZ which would give Biden 15K more votes than Trump in 2024.”

“””Arizona has TRIED to limit voting to citizens. A US Federal Court ruled that was a violation of FEDERAL law. Maybe YOU should ask YOUR state why proof of citizenship is not required - but you will be told the US Supreme Court has rejected it.”””

The point I am making is that people do not know how many registered voters have a REAL ID in their state.

If people knew that maybe only 40% of the registered voters had a REAL ID, then people might get more engaged in questioning the validity of voter registration rolls.

In my state, to have a driver’s license or State ID, you have to fulfill ‘Real ID’, which involves presenting many documents, including a birth certificate.

And in order to register to vote, you must present that DL, or state ID. If you don’t have those, you have to supply social security number.

I don’t know how registration works in Arizona, but do they have Real ID?

It took me 5 seconds to look. Yes, they have real ID. It didn’t make a difference last time. Why would at this time?

The Real ID Act, enacted on May 11, 2005, specified that after three years, from May 11, 2008, federal agencies would no longer accept identification documents that did not satisfy the standards. However, due to widespread opposition and refusal by many state governments to implement the provisions.

Full implementation of REAL ID has now been deferred to March 2025.

There are reasons REAL ID has been deferred for 20 years. Non-citizens voting is one of the reasons why.

https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/611

18 U.S. Code § 611 - Voting by aliens
U.S. Code

(a)It shall be unlawful for any alien to vote in any election held solely or in part for the purpose of electing a candidate for the office of President, Vice President, Presidential elector, Member of the Senate, Member of the House of Representatives, Delegate from the District of Columbia, or Resident Commissioner, unless—
(1)the election is held partly for some other purpose;
(2)aliens are authorized to vote for such other purpose under a State constitution or statute or a local ordinance; and
(3)voting for such other purpose is conducted independently of voting for a candidate for such Federal offices, in such a manner that an alien has the opportunity to vote for such other purpose, but not an opportunity to vote for a candidate for any one or more of such Federal offices.
(b)Any person who violates this section shall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than one year, or both.
(c)Subsection (a) does not apply to an alien if—
(1)each natural parent of the alien (or, in the case of an adopted alien, each adoptive parent of the alien) is or was a citizen (whether by birth or naturalization);
(2)the alien permanently resided in the United States prior to attaining the age of 16; and
(3)the alien reasonably believed at the time of voting in violation of such subsection that he or she was a citizen of the United States.

It is a violation of federal law for non-citizens to vote in the Presidential election except for non-federal positions if that is authorized by the state in which the election is being held.

Yup. the 30, 40,or 50 million illegals in the USA are in a quandary.

Should they follow the law and not vote and face deportation by Trump?

Or should they illegally vote for Biden and rely upon corrupt election officials and prosecutors to look the other way and do nothing to convict them of voter fraud?

I wonder how many would try to vote anyway, when so many have gone to ground to avoid their court dates...

That would invalidate the Arizona electoral college votes and disenfranchise Arizona citizens.

Here in Washington State, we had 100,000 new voter registrations. Most of them came from migrant labor areas. When I was at the Secretary of State’s office in Olympia, I asked if they can verify the citizenship for these newly registered voters. I was told that it was against state law (which the Dems pushed through) to do so. The Dems know the fix is in.

A dog is loyal to whomever fills the food bowl.

The Rats want pets, and they want them to do as they're told. Blacks have been the Rat's pets for decades, but some Blacks are beginning to realize they're kept on a leash; still on a plantation, and they're still only getting table scraps from the Rats.

In any case, the Rats need more pets that will do as they're told, so they surreptitiously import them from forsaken locales around the world - and you can bet that that project is all paid for by US taxpayer's one way or another. They sign their pets up to vote by hook or by crook and easily convince them who to mark their ballot for: the Rat hand that feeds them (by way of taxpayer's fealty to Big Smother). If they don't mark their ballot, someone else on the Rat's black market payroll will do the marking for them.

The Rats may even have some of their pets working in sweat shops creating fake ballots - who would know, since these new pets aren't much for communicating with the natives (if they're off their leash at some point), and are probably told that they musn't discuss what they're doing anyway under penalty of deportation. It wouldn't surprise me that there are many Venezuelans, for instance, who are quite experienced at manufacturing votes - they know the ropes well having learned such practices in their own country.

So tired of the FR purists who only want CNN, NYT, and WaPo articles rather than up and coming conservative websites. Why don’t you go find a more pure site rather than censoring cutting edge reporters?

"CNN, NYT and WaPO?"

There’s a segment of FR that deals entirely in sites that consider facts “a suggestion”.

GP has a history of shading the truth to make the story better. Its fan club gets mad if you hold that against them.

Once you begin demanding accuracy there’s no telling where the damage will stop; the entire edifice of alt kook sites may collapse, depriving nonsense addicts of their daily fix.
