Breaking! Illegals Will Be Allowed To Cast Votes in the Crucial Swing State of Arizona

As it stands, liberal Arizona voting laws have paved the way for non-citizens, whether they are legal or not, to register for and cast a ballot in the 2024 presidential election.

U.S. Air Force master sergeant Nick Kupper, who is one of several state legislature candidates vying for a seat in the Arizona House of Representatives’ District 25. While the voting laws do not affect his run for office, he is gravely concerned about the upcoming presidential race.

“In Arizona,” Kupper said, “even if the state can’t verify whether you’re a citizen, people can still assert that they are citizens.” While these individuals are not allowed to vote in Arizona elections, they can still vote in the federal election. “They can still vote for the president,” he explained.

In an April 16 post on X, Kupper pointed out that “In 2020 Biden got 73% of the federal only votes & Trump lost AZ by 10K votes. There are now over 32K federal only voters in AZ which would give Biden 15K more votes than Trump in 2024.”

Set a mandatory penalty for lying about citizenship on the form to 10yrs in prison. Gee, legislating anything protecting American citizens is just too hard for them, isn’t it?

Did you read Gateway Pundit’s source link confirming their article? I posted it separately in the thread, twice.

It’s mind boggling the depths to which the left in this country will go to try to destroy it.

“ when I see it someplace other than GP.”

Good point. GP is no more a source of news than the National Enquirer is.

Hmmm.....no requirement to provide proof of citizenship.

Wonder if they will sit on juries also?

This alien (legal) has been invited on several occasions, to attend jury selection - despite advising authorities of my status every time.

There are two other reasons. Dems lose Congress seats after the next census without them. Lib states like NY, CA, NJ, IL are all losing population to FL, TX, SC, ID, AZ. So, not only will they lose congressional seats. They will lose Electoral votes.

Yes, and that kind of proves my point: GP just tosses out bombastic things to get clicks while The American Conservative is more methodical and thoroughly explains the problem.

Then why did you post to this thread?you could easily pass it by, but like a liberal you insist on changing things to your liking. Try reading everything and then doing your own research.

The folks in Arizona need to start asking their county election officials some tough questions.

QUESTION 1: HOW MANY REGISTERED VOTERS IN YOUR COUNTY HAVE AN ARIZONA REAL ID?????

Any registered voter who does not have a REAL ID is suspect.

Let’s try the truth:

“The U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona struck down an Arizona requirement that individuals seeking to register to vote must list their birthplace as a prerequisite to registering to vote.

The court ruled that the birthplace requirement of House Bill 2492 violated a federal law that prevents election officials from rejecting voting materials for errors or omissions that are not material to determining a registrant’s qualifications to vote.

The court previously ruled that Arizona may not require documentary proof citizenship to vote in a federal election....

The Justice Department’s lawsuit, filed in July 2022, challenged voting restrictions imposed by House Bill 2492 (2022), alleging violations under Section 6 of the NVRA and Section 101 of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

Specifically, the United States’ complaint contended that House Bill 2492 violates the NVRA by requiring that applicants produce documentary proof of citizenship before they can vote in presidential elections or vote by mail in any federal election when they register to vote using the uniform federal registration form created by the NVRA.

This requirement flouts the 2013 U.S. Supreme Court decision in Arizona v. Inter Tribal Council of Ariz., Inc., which rejected an earlier attempt by Arizona to impose a similar documentary proof of citizenship mandate on applicants seeking to vote in federal elections.”

https://www.justice.gov/opa/pr/court-finds-arizona-voter-registration-provisions-violate-federal-law

Please notice that Arizona TRIED to stop illegals from voting, but a US Federal Court ruled some of the provisions violated FEDERAL law - the FEDERAL election law covering all 50 states.

So Arizona can enforce restrictions on Arizona state elections, but we cannot enforce them on federal elections. Arizona is no worse off than any other state in the USA and at least Arizona TRIED to require proof of citizenship for voting!

Arizona has TRIED to limit voting to citizens. A US Federal Court ruled that was a violation of FEDERAL law. Maybe YOU should ask YOUR state why proof of citizenship is not required - but you will be told the US Supreme Court has rejected it.

I’ll consider the truth of what the article is suggesting when I see it someplace other than GP.

Amen to that. GWP had no cred with me. BB is not much better.

So you’re trying to say you’re too lazy to go find out for yourself, if it’s the truth. Someone has to hold your hand?
