A North Carolina high school student was charged after he allegedly slapped his teacher multiple times during a viral profanity-laced classroom rant earlier this week.
The rage-filled youngster, identified only as a minor, confronted the educator inside Parkland High School in Winston-Salem, where he violently attacked her, according to video posted to social media.
After the initial impact, the teacher seemed unfazed by the slap as the student continued to run his mouth.
“Do you think that affected me anyway,” the unidentified teacher said, sitting back in her chair, legs crossed.

Needing to resort to cops and courts, shows that, in fact, no one is responsible, and a complete lack of accountability in the school - which is common for most public schools.

Calling the cops is what happens when a student is so completely defiant and violent that he really needs to be physically handled. Teachers are not legally allowed to do that, but cops can. That’s why the cops are called.

And let’s be honest, even if there are a couple of unfortunate white kids in the classroom, they know better than to get involved. They’d get jumped and killed by a crew or the media and school district would destroy their lives.
Look at that poor Marine in NYC who out the crazed feral in chokehold. His life is probably over.

So school were ordered to not expel thugs.
This wasn’t the kid’s first run in and won’t be his last.
That young man’s father is going to be so disappointed when he sees this video. I’ll bet it will be some awkward conversation around the dinner table tonight.
so many protections in place for this 'child' who is probably 17, 18 or 19 so he's considered a 'teen' child. In the 60's a very large percentage of combat troops were 'teens' and hardly seen as a child. After joining the Army on my 17th birthday and sent to Vietnam 2 months after turning 18, if someone called me a child after Infantry training they would have received using a term from back then 'a knuckle sandwich'. Calling these young men children just re-enforces in their mind that no one can legally punish them.
The day is coming where teachers will have a protective barrier between them and their students, like bus drivers in inner city dumps.

It was very different many years ago
In 1969 I was 11 years old and in sixth grade. We had a problem, Dindu,who had been held back a lot. He was 14 years old. He started acting up in class and our male teacher finally had enough and ordered the student to go to the front office. The student refused and the teacher walked over by the kid. The kid was quite tall and stood up then took a swing at our teacher. The teacher grabbed the kid by his shirt, slammed him against the brick wall and the kid went down like a sack of wet cement.
Out teacher then grabbed the totally stunned kid by his foot and dragged the punk to the front office.
We never saw that kid again and our teacher never got into trouble.

48% Hispanic
37% Black
9% White
100% low income
Not surprising it is “far below” the state average in all subjects.
Back in the day if the kid did this, he’d get a butt beating at school and another when daddy got home and he’d never ever do it again.
Anyone laughing should at least get sent to alternative learning for the remainder of the year.
